At first I was skeptical of buying this printer because it was only $99 and was such a big machine but I am so glad I did this printer is all I could of wanted and more. It prints from all of our devices as well as tablets and cell phones which may seem crazy but is amazingly useful. Also the ink is very high quality and last quite some time. It's nice you have 2 paper trays one of which can be legal paper. I would recommend this all in one machine for anyone from the busy office to the stay at home dad.

Updated my six year old printer with Epson WorkForce WF-3640. The update saved a bundle on ink, lot more bells and whistles that my old printer did not have. Print is beautiful, fast and it duplexes (double side printing). The design of the printer is very pleasing to the eye and extremely pleased with my purchase.

This printer has some features I didn't expect at the price. It sort of does some deep intuitive actions and gives easily understood results/choices on its monitor screen. I've had it only about a month and so far, the printing results are excellent.

I love this printer and the selling feature for me is in printing you can pick your own size of paper or card size. I do a lot of card making and my other printer would not allow me to do that

I have used this printer and happy to say no jams. I was worried that buying a lower costing inkjet printer would be risky, but it turned out to be a good buy for $99.00!

A user friendly printer. I could print directly from a smartphone even if offline.

All of my family are enjoying the new printer. We love how it’s so easy to read the print. Because of my age, I thought it would be hard to install . In no time I had it connect to my wi-fi and printing. I love the way you can save the fax numbers you fax most of the time. I love the performance.

Performance is above what I expected. The WiFi set up was really easy .

I bought this printer because I found Epson printers to work well with less problems than other. Printers I've owned and used !

No problem so far its been a month, was easy to set-up and working just fine. This was my second the first had a line down the page when scan or copy. I chose the same model because I like the shape size and compactness of this printer. I could have easily given it five stars but there are always room for improvement.

Ever since I bought this printer it's been one headache after the other. I needed to replace my failed HP multi-function and I thought this Epson would fit the bill... it didn't! More often than not I get a "Printer error. turn the power off and on again" message when trying to print, and after doing this I usually get a "The printhead nozzles may be clogged. Running the nozzle check before printing is recommended" message. Why would the nozzles be clogged on a new machine? I've replace the ink cartridges with genuine Epson one and still get this error. After restarting and running the nozzle check, I've run through more ink than necessary with all these nozzle checks, and sometimes I get the "printer error" message after the nozzle check and have to restart all over again! I've had this printer for just over a year and it's been down more than up and I'm getting ready to throw it out the window and get another HP.

I needed an all-in-one that was reliable (great reviews from reliable reporting agencies), relatively fast, worked with Air-print for my iPad, and was not an 'ink hog' and this model kept coming up consistently. Although it's got a larger foot print than some others in it's class, the very functional and easy to navigate led display is worth the additional 'real estate'! I've only had it a few weeks, but, so far, it has performed flawlessly. Setup, for me, was easy and fast, and I am not the most tech-proficient person. I read through all of the instructions first, and then, followed them, step by step. I would definitely recommend purchasing at a Best Buy store, if you are close enough to one. Since they price match, you'll get the best price, and it is easier and faster to deal with any problems that might occur (most of the few negative reviews that I read had to do with jostled parts that occurred during 3rd party shipping - but many others had no issues with ordering online). I have been extremely satisfied with Best Buy's customer service (and floor staff) the very few times, in the past, that I needed to adjust a purchase in some way. So far, I have not needed to do that regarding this printer. If you don't mind the slightly larger size of this unit (compared to other - less functional - home units) and require a solid printer that is affordable - especially if you are running a small business from home and don't need a machine made for heavy, commercial-type output - this is a terrific choice! The printing is excellent, and the graphics are more than adequate for a home-based enterprise. The double paper trays are very convenient and I will probably never use all of the features that this machine provides. At this price point it is a great value.Very happy with this purchase!!

We have several Epson printers for home and our business, they do everything we require and more, the color is amazing, the fax, scan and email are easy to use and set up. Great price and a real workhorse. Would highly recommend!

I researched a lot of printers before I purchased this one. This is basically the same printer as a highly rated more expensive model (but with fewer printer heads) so I purchased this one at a cheaper price. Overall, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. My previous wireless printers (HP and Epson models) would keep losing my printer connection and this one does not. It also has had no problem scanning to a computer which the other ones always seemed to lose a computer on the network after a restart. Ink is okay priced and I'm happy with the colors and printing. LCD display is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate. It has two storage bins which is nice and holds a little over half a ream of paper. The most satisfying thing is that my family can print/scan to it without something going wrong which the others always seemed to do and then I would have to troubleshoot it to get it to print. Some minor annoyances is that you can only feed one sheet at a time in the rear feed tray...not a big deal. Also, the #1 paper tray is hard to pull out when you have the paper feed extender pulled out...slightly annoying. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it...

I used to be an HP-only person, mainly because of their reputation and their cost-per-page printing capabilities. Well, after my latest HP stopped working (and they've all broke), I decided to do some research before buying a new multi-function unit. All that research lead me to this Epson. Even though their prints per cartridge don't match up to HP's, this Epson printer uses less ink for maintenance (if you don't print at least once a week, the printer has to clean itself and to do so requires ink, this Epson is very efficient in that regard - according to the research I found online). Another issue I've always had with my HP's is that the wireless connection was always spotty. This Epson was literally connected to my laptop in 30 seconds. I connected it to my iPad just as quick with no issues (after simply downloading an app). I haven't been able to get my Andriod phone to print, but I only tried once, couldn't get it to work and have been meaning to look at it further ever since. I don't have a big need to print from my phone, so I haven't spent any time trying to figure it out. I can also scan a document and have it show up on my computer (or any device you select) wirelessly. The print quality is great and with 2 250-page trays, it's holds plenty of paper. In summary, this is the best multi-function printer I have ever used. It was so simple to set up, the print quality is excellent, it print quickly and is fairly efficient when it comes to ink. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new printer.

I love this printer! It is easy to set up, especially the scanning to cloud. The only down side (which is for ALL scanners) is that you cannot hook up a fax number without a dial up phone (no internet allowed). If you are looking for a fax machine without a landline, it is utterly impossible! However, I utilize the online fax websites anytime I need to fax (which is rare). The quality of this printer and the speed are perfect for my office of 5 people!
