Fun game to play. Free PS5 version was tricky to get.

I am a big fan of racing games in general and of Formula One racing in particular. As far as racing games go, you name it, and I have probably played it. That includes cars and motorcycles. This version of the EA Formula One franchise is an overall excellent game that features all the teams, cars, drivers, and tracks from the 2021 F1 season. One point to remember, however, is that in order to take full advantage of the racing experience, it's best to use a Logitech or Thrustmaster steering wheel and pedal set. It's too difficult to control the cars with any precision or consistency with the handheld controller.

If you like racing games, you may like this one too. If you don't like racing games, still can give it a try. I've just played career mode (I'm not good enough nor interested in playing online) and started from GP2. There are just few races for you to finish before jumping to an F1 team. That step, I'd like it a bit different by getting offers based on your skills or progression instead of being able to land in Mercedes or RedBull or Ferrari right away which is not realistic. But you pick the team you want to rice for, so it's all on you. The races are really fun and you can always blame something for not winning: that driver cut me off, that one hit me... The higher the difficulty, the less your car will last so if you're newbie like me, start with lower difficulty modes or you may get frustrated for finishing last or not finishing at all. Please keep in mind this is F1 game with all that this means: it's not Nascar, it's not Need for speed or similar.. it's about strategy with the pit stops and driving carefully to save your tires and juice.

Awesome game will miss vettel in the game and wish they will add a feature that allows you to play new and old drivers and tracks

Graphics are clean and the game play makes this game with purchasing.

If you're an F1 fan, this game is a must have! Gameplay is great, and visuals is stunning. Career mode is a lot better than previous years. It has a lot of options and you can now create your own team liveries and colors. Love this game!

I recently just got hooked into F1. It's such an amazing sport. Even this game is challenging. Career mode is tricky. Until you start understanding the dynamics. you'll get a hang of it! I honestly keeping up with the latest Grand Prix ( Brazil GP soon). Last weekend was the Mexico GP... so what I did.. I played the Mexico track so that I can understand it myself.... and it helps a lot cause once you start watching the race live... it feels like you get the track cause you played it! tonight I will play the BRAZIL track and see how it feels VIRTUALLY... then Saturday is the sprint, and Sunday will be the race. Honestly.. this game gave me the closest feeling of how it looks and feels esp on board the drivers head camera!!

This game is well done. There are improvements from F1 2020 such as more random breakdowns and your car can have more damage such as rear wing and rear wheels being destroyed. Slight Aerodynamic damage has a massive impact on car handling. There are no classic cars as in prior games. The difficulty settings seem different from last year and I suggest you look around the settings menus to make sure you have everything set how you want it. This is an excellent simulator and I recommend it to any race fan.

Realistic simulator. Has all of the tracks for the season. Played well over 100 hours so far.

Best F1 game on console! After a few iterations, Codemasters has nailed it. This is a great game, casual gamers would have fun and pro sim racers can spend a lifetime perfecting their driving experience. However, you must have a wheel and a stand to fully appreciate this title. I am using the Logitech G920 that I also got at Best Buy and I am having a blast.

Great game!! The Breaking Point Story was entertaining and fun to go through. I am in the career mode and having fun with that as well. Started out in F2 and on to F1 Championship season. My Son and I plan to do a creer mode season together as team mates as well...

My great-grandson enjoyed this game sooo much, he says it’s his favorite game ever. I’m so glad F1 created this game the graphics look so real and the controls were easy for him to learn. I definitely look forward to whatever they come up with next- Carole G

This game was purchased for my 9 year old son who loves F1 driving games. The only downside is, I think he needs an upgraded on his steering wheel he has to fully grasp the game. Besides that game play is awesome. An upgrade from last year's version.

I think it’s the best game in the F1 franchise yet. Only raced a few tracks but I can feel the upgrade already in the gameplay. I loved F1 2020 but this is just better overall
