Not a very exciting product as it isn't made to do anything fun. It looks good enough. It sits a little more proud, and has a lot more plastic than my old Dacor did. But, it allows me to have the microwave built-in where my old one was. Installation was fine but I didn't like the angle of the mounting screws which made them a little hard to get the initial bite into the cabinet.

This was awful from start to finish. A scheduled person from Best Buy came out to take measurements for a built in oven and a built in microwave.. They measured both incorrectly, so we had to pay the installer an extra $240 to properly frame in the built in oven. The trim kit for the built in microwave was also missing. So, we had to go to the Best Buy location where we purchased the built in microwave to address the trim kit issue. That actually went smooth and that in store person was very helpful. However, the incorrect trim kit size was then given to the installer for their second trip out. The installer then had to custom frame the trim kit for the built in microwave. The product itself is great. The installers were fantastic. Best Buy in store customer service is great. The problem is the miss communication between Best Buy and the third party outsourcing that needs to be addressed. Why we had to pay an additional $240 for a Best Buy mistake is a head scratcher.

Shipping was very slow but the product arrived undamaged. Unfortunately was the wrong size.

We ordered this trim kit for our new microwave because the Frigidaire website claims that the previous model (same exact model - just updated version) we had is not compatible with the exisiting trim kit. They do this to make you spend $280 for a new kit that you don't need. The exisiting trim kit worked perfectly with the new oven. I do not fault Best Buy for this. The sales person was only going buy the manufacturers website. Needless to say we returned this trim kit unopened.
