The fridge is wonderful. However, if you require installation, I would recommend getting it from somewhere else. We spent over $6k for the fridge and freezer pair. At that price range, you are probably better off going with professionals like Builder Source. Here's why... Geek Squad performed the installation on our washer, dryer and dishwasher. They were true professionals. However, Best Buy outsources the larger items like the fridge to another company. After two attempts, the installation still isn't right. The trim was never installed, despite us paying for that service . Best Buy seems to have little accountability with the company that worked with us. I love Best Buy. Unfortunately, I'm a little upset on how this worked out.

i like this freezer and the room it has. it should have an extra shelf. we will end up piling stuff more then we should need to. the directions for changing the swing on the doors is not adequate. the directions make it sound like you need a kit if you have both the frig and freezer. you do not. it relatively easy swap with no extra hardware needed.

Since the refrigerator went out the freezer needed replacing too. The space inside is much smaller than the original one I had. Pull out shelving is nice but I sure miss the extra space.

I ordered this freezer to match my refrigerator NOT CHEAP. It takes three months to arrive!! They can deliver but it will take another month for that to happen. So we agree to pickup. Get to store. Two idiots are arguing over best gaming system and drop my freezer!!!! It literally rolls. I said oh my God are you kidding me! He says well it didn’t hurt it because it’s wrapped. The manager tells me we’ll take it home see if it works and if not return it or have Frigidaire fix it. 37 days after pickup it quits. On the second repair by Frigidaire. Food keeps rotting oh not our problem!!!!! Do not accept appliances that are dropped!

Seems like we got a repackaged items. Freezer being replaced due to significant damage to front door UNDER the packaging). (Damage on the back of fridge UNDER the packing styrofoam.) These were not a delivery handling issue, not a problem since it's sliding into a slot. The freezer is significantly shallower than our old one (Kenmore-made by frigidaire) but just takes some getting used to. AND most important, these fridge/freezers are NOT 71-1/2" they are 72" with the feet all the way in. This may sound insignificant overall, but can be huge if you have custom cabinetry around the old 71" Kenmores. I would not recommend but only one company makes them...

My freezer and refrigerator was delivered however my refrigerator was damaged. When they unwrapped the freezer and other items they thought the pairing kit was garbage and threw it on the ground so it got wet and stepped on. The freezer was placed in the location it was to go and is working.
