Extension vent came twisted. Best Buy sent a replacement 9 days later. That one was nearly crushed. Refused shipment. Pointed out to shipper/installers that the light on the range hood would flicker and turn off on its own after a few minutes. Upon inspection they said the new hood had faulty wiring and needed to be replaced. Not to worry. They said it was a manufacturer defect and they would be sending out another. A week later the replacement hood arrived dented. Allegedly a new one is to arrive on Tuesday. Confidence is VERY LOW that it will arrive free of defects in good working order. Not happy at all
