GE Coffee Pot - Waiting for replacement carafe.

About a week after purchase, the connection between the glass carafe and the plastic ring began leaking. I reported this through warranty, none in stock and not available for three weeks. By serial number, mine is the 499th coffee maker produced. Maybe the assembly process was still developing. Hope my replacement works without leaking.

My wife loves this. She is a morning coffee drinker. She loves it where she can load it up before she goes to bed and it will be brewed and fresh for her the next morning

Kept giving a E5 alert and beeped nonstop since we first got it. I descaled it several times as that is what the book said to do. Nothing changed. Each morning, we have to keep turning it off and on. I would have sent it back but I threw away the box too soon!

Not a good coffee maker for the price ! When you’re pouring a cup of coffee it spills all out the side of the coffee pot! Do not recommend this coffee maker!

Have a paper towel available when filling the tank & pouring a cup of coffee. Not a drip free canister!!!
