Ryzen ready no bios flash needed, I bought the board at 199.99 which at the time of writing this the X570 elite “Base model” I’ve seen going for 299 on some websites. Very easy Cpu install, line the triangles on the edge up to the socket and push down on the lever. Amd has pins unlike intel who have flat contacts. For the 199 price point you get a far from sub par VRM cooling solution. Aluminum heat sink. Gigabyte did a good job on the motherboard and I don’t feel like I went the “cheap” route at all. It has a nice and simple to advanced bios Which is easy to get set up. Over all if you’re looking at this board Don’t hesitate to get it. If you’re planning on not having it connected to Ethernet grab the WiFi edition. M.2 connection placed above the pci e gen 4 which I admit is a great placement from a tech view. Not having to remove your gpu to access it makes installing an NVmE Later down the road easy. Everything works like a charm. The Gigabytes connector for the front panel, usb headphone jack Ect, now for the reason it has a 4 star and not a 5 is there is no troubleshooting speaker nor led for any issue such as gpu problem to whatever else it can show you. You won’t be able to troubleshoot easily, if it doesn’t post then your doin process of elimination. For a 200 dollar board I feel that should be included. Something to let you know if you have a ram malfunction or it’s video related. Come on Gigabyte it’s 2020. Most gaming focused boards should have that LED or speaker. If gigabyte fixes this issue I’d give it 10 stars and buy it again. Pros: X570 affordable with plenty of amenities Cons: No troubleshooting LEDs or small speaker. Specs if you wanna know ryzen 3700x 16GB DDR4 3600 EVGA RTX2070 super Verdict: Other than that if you feel confident that you can troubleshoot without it don’t think this board is sub par or inferior in anyway. Awesome X570 platform.

There is better boards out there for overclocking but this is one of the best you can get for this price range. Only real way to go up is looking at one of the Heros or Crossfires but those are nearly double the price. There is a lot of addons you can get for this board since it is very common. EKWB has a full set of monoblock and chipset block for this board. Speaking of that chipset, it is the only real flaw. That fan is pretty cheap and if you are building a quiet fan build then you will hear that fan in there. It isnt really a flaw though since it will only affect 1% of the people buying it.

Just writing a review to say that this already came with updated firmware (version F30 - 2020/09/15) for my Ryzen 5800x processor and it booted up without a problem. You may not necessarily need to flash the bios before setting it up. If you have trouble with that, just install your processor and everything and boot it up and it should work just fine.

Product arrived undamaged, quickly, and support was very helpful; Works fantastically with R5 1600AF. I've run into no issues since owning the product - about two/three weeks.

Bought this for my son. I installed it myself and he says the computer has never worked better. Paired it with Ryzen 3

Great board stable performance. USB-C is what I needed. Large heatsinks help help keep it cooler.

Great mobo for the price, just wish it had the 2 pin temp sensors on it, but otherwise a great value for the x570 line.

Great Motherboard! however, you have to flash the motherboard to get the new 5000 series to work. Also, I tried to use a newer 3.0 USB drive, and it never flashed. I thought I had a defective motherboard, but it was the USB drive. I suggest using a USB 2.0 for the motherboard to flash.

Excellent motherboard. The Q flash bios was much easier to update than I anticipated. It did need an update for the new Ryzen 5 series processors to work.

5600x + Aorus Elite 5/5 Stars for some sweet gaming bliss. Except, I can't buy a GPU.... Welcome to the Future, Lads.

Works great with my Ryzen 5600x. Bios is easy and intuitive. I would recommend if you don't need a lot of PCIe slots.

great mother board, terrible rgb software. fusion pro is absolute trash with options. but the motherboard itself works phenomenally

Do not waste money on this. Garbage motherboard. Doesn't post 65% of the time after 8 months of use, mic doesn't work on it and it resets my bios settings 1-2 times a week.
