I've been really impressed with the Fitbit Air. The screenless design is simple and comfortable, and I barely notice I'm wearing it throughout the day. Setup was quick, and it works seamlessly with my phone. The activity tracking is accurate, and I like that it focuses on health and fitness without the distractions of a smartwatch. The battery life is excellent, and the companion app provides clear insights into my daily activity, sleep, and overall wellness. If you're looking for a lightweight fitness tracker that does the essentials well and doesn't require constant charging or notifications, the Fitbit Air is a great choice. Highly recommended!

This is a great little screen less health tracker. Very comfy to wear and has insane battery life since it doesn’t have a screen. I also wear an Apple watch and both get very similar results in heart rate tracking and other health metrics so it is decently accurate. Google health app is ok but it is free which is good. Overall this is a great alternative to the woop bands if you don’t want to pay a subscription fee.

The Fitbit air is very light and it can go unnoticed as a fitness tracker. I like it a lot… it has allowed me to check my sleep patterns and it keeps track of many things. The one thing it does not and I still have to look into it is the flights of stairs… for some reason it is not keeping track of that. Google being a big tech giant will probably fix this and also make it better I. The next few months. I have stopped wearing my apple watch at this time… one other thing is that this Fitbit air connects to my Peloton treadmill and bike… I would recommend this, but one thing, not a lot of bands out there, if you do get one you might want to buy an extra band if you plan to use it for exercising

I was able to get this device and health apps synced with my other apps and it was perfect! I don't like smart watch distractions and this item does exactly what it is designed for. The wrist band is comfortable and soft, and ut tracks my vitals and sleep patter pretty accurately. I recommend this product for those who solely want to focus on their health without extra bells ans whistle distractions.

This product is wonderful. It stays connected to my phone, unlike other devices I have purchased in the past. The information is comprehensive, the device itself is very low-profile, and it is very comfortable to wear. I only wish it had been developed years ago. Highly recommend.

I purchased this watch in order to keep a tab on my health. What it presented was beyond my expectations. First, i barely notice i have it on. Its incredibly light and soft. Second, its accurate. With the daily morning and night summaries of my sleep and wellness, i feel like i can keep track of my needs directly with strong accuracy. The last benefit is the AI coach. This was a feature i was unsure about at first, but its definitely grown on me. It makes it easier to track your meals just by telling it what you ate and explains everything clearly. This watch is an excellent choice for those that want a little extra and don't want the phone notifications.

I bought this band because sometimes I like to wear other watches that are not smart watches but still want accurate tracking and statistics for Google health. Also, I prefer wearing the Fitbit air when I sleep as opposed to the pixel watch because of its lower profile and comfortability. Great product!

It definitely has some slight faults, like it might show you woke up in the middle of the night even if you didn't. And it doesn't show close to as much or as detailed as a whoop or oura ring but then again, it is so much cheaper. shows good vitals and distance and stuff. Also looks pretty nice just like an arm band if you don't like huge obvious watches or bulky stuff. Again, focus on price, if not willing to pay a yearly subscription or $400+ dollars for a super nice detailed thing, this still works and has plenty.

It is small, light and measures a lot. Still working on checking everything. I like the rubber band that I got for the gym. Like the charger work.

I’ve been using the Google Fitbit and it has been very helpful for keeping track of my overall health and daily wellness. One of the features I appreciate most is the sleep tracking. It gives me a clear picture of my sleep patterns, including how long I sleep and the quality of my rest, which helps me understand when I need to improve my sleeping habits. The recovery and readiness information is also very useful. It helps me understand how my body is recovering after activity and whether I should take it easy or be more active on a particular day. I also like the heart-rate tracking and other health insights. Being able to monitor my heart rate throughout the day, along with activity levels, steps, and other fitness information, makes it easier to stay aware of my overall health. The app presents the information in a simple and easy-to-understand way, so I can quickly check my progress and notice changes in my sleep, activity, and recovery over time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Google Fitbit. It is a very useful device for anyone who wants to track sleep, recovery, heart rate, activity, and general wellness. It has helped me become more aware of my daily habits and motivated me to take better care of my health. Highly recommended for everyday health and fitness tracking.

I have been very pleasantly surprised with this outstanding screenless health tracker. The Google Health App contains great detail and highly accurate metrics ranging from multiple sleep indicators to pulse and HRV that all provide tremendous information on how my body is performing and responding to workouts, walks, and recovery. The Ai chat assistant logs my calories just by taking photos of my meals next to my hand for scale. I even uploaded screenshots of my weight logs and it included the data in past weight history and plotted it all automatically. Overall, it's a great health peripheral and being screenless is actually a plus as it's not distracting and I can access all the information much better on my phone with the intuitive Google Health App. PS. Get a silicon rubber band that sweat in the gym can be rinsed off of easily and conveniently worn in the shower.

I was really excited about the Fitbit Air because I liked the idea of a screen-free fitness tracker that could just stay out of the way while collecting health data. The hardware is lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and the battery life is solid. I barely noticed I was wearing it, which is exactly what I wanted. Where it fell short for me was in the overall experience. I expected the insights to feel more actionable and valuable, but after using it for a while I found myself checking the app less and less. The metrics were interesting at first, but they didn’t end up changing my daily habits as much as I hoped. Depending on what you’re looking for, it may feel a bit limited. That said, if your goal is simply to track activity and basic wellness without having another screen demanding your attention, you may enjoy it more than I did. For me, it just didn’t provide enough long-term value to justify keeping it. Overall, I think this is a well-built product with a clear audience, but it wasn’t the right fit for my expectations.

Night sleep tracking is good, comfortable to have it on the whole day without discomfort. Synchronization is taking more time when compared to other brand watches. I am satisfied for the features to cost ratio.

I've had an Apple Watch for 4 years and never liked the sleep tracking, so I picked up a Fitbit Air to see how it would compare. It turned out surprisingly well: - The Fitbit sleep score (left) is a significantly better representation of how rested I feel compared to my Apple Watch sleep score (middle) - Even though both track sleep stages, only the Fitbit can recognize naps - A dedicated readiness score combines HRV, RHR, and sleep - A resilience rating based on physical calmness, activity balance, and sleep patterns However, the activity tracking is questionable. The Fitbit (left) consistently tracks significantly more steps and calories compared to my Apple Watch (right), which is concerning. It's not a big deal if you are comparing your relative activity between each day, but it is a big problem if you are looking for accurate numbers.

Product is very accurate in step tracking as well as heart rate monitoring. Tracking for sleep may not be 100% accurate but duration seems accurate. If you want a cheap health tracker this is a good pick. It is lightweight and you don’t even feel it.

I use the Google Fitbit Air everyday. I use it yo calculate my sleep, steps, overall fitness and you do not need the AI Coach or have to pay anything to get your money worth. I pair it along my apple watch and use to use a Whoop. It’s safe to say this is similar to the whoop and much thinner. I like the easy to use interface and the battery life is good. Usually throw it on the charger when I get in the shower and it has never died yet. Fantastic and would recommend, exp due to the features and price. Love the active band, but happy that I have two bands to switch from.

tracking is not perfect as any sports tracking device, but does way better than the average, and this doesnt require a subscription to work unlike whoop and oura. So getting this is way smarter for you wallet than other screenless wearables. The app is also really nice and intuitive

I’ve had a great deal of fun with this product. It gives me exactly what i needed. I do wish they made it more clear that it does NOT have gps. My only other issue is that the automatic workouts sometimes do not register at all. Other than that i love the alarm setting and all the metrics seem accurate and helpful. The ability to traffic food with the app via photo. 9/10 would recommend.

I wear it almost 24/7 and only remove it while taking a shower. It’s easy to forget I’m even wearing it, which makes it great for everyday activity and sleep tracking.
