I'm going to get straight to the point. This was a solid 8/10 expansion. If you loved the base game, then this is a no brainer. Just buy it. It's essentially what Iceborne is to Monster Hunter World or what Sunbreak is to Monster Hunter Rise. You're getting more Granblue Fantasy Relink with harder bosses and more endgame gear to chase after. Do note that the difficulty is nothing to scoff at, so when I say, "harder bosses", I really mean it. This game will expect a lot from you. Having said all of that, the endgame grind in this game can get overwhelmingly boring, which is unfortunate. Expect to repeat the same few missions for countless hours, because the amount of stuff needed to level characters and weapons is pretty crazy.
