It works very well. Obviously it’s a grinder. It makes a little noise for a couple seconds. And then suddenly your coffee beans are freshly ground coffee and the result is a fresher cup of coffee. I’m glad I switched over to coffee beans and I actually got there so much I bought a spare to put in in the closet for the day that it doesn’t deeded. Try to stop working. Once you have the settings the way you want it you just hit a button. However, it also makes my lattes pressure as well. With the twist of a knob. I can grind the beans even finer. It’s a goodbye.

That machine don’t ground the coffee good a little too big. When you position to the smaller level of the machine it does not ground the coffee how it suppose to be. Like expreso coffee.

My wife and I love homemade espresso drinks but not the last bit of store-bought espresso, that doesn’t stay fresh enough. We wanted to start buying beans that stay fresh and can grind ourselves to make our drinks. The Hamilton Beach burr coffee grinder helped us with just that! This grinder allows you to grind coffee beans from a, coarse, French press all the way to a, fine, espresso with multiple settings. We mainly use the espresso setting but inside that setting can make our espresso a bit more coarse or fine depending on how we want to make it. Another amazing setting on the Hamilton Beach grinder is that it allows you choose how many cups you want to grind so you don’t waste your beans and their freshness. The price for the grinder is excellent, especially for how many setting and how easy it is to use. We’ve had this grinder for over a month and we’ve enjoyed every coffee we’ve made using the grounds!

Good product to have your coffee grind every morning. Easy to use and is small to have it on your counter top.

This grinder makes coffee preparation so easy. Once you get the measurements down, it's really efficient. Using this to freshly grind my coffee completely changed the way I enjoy my cup of Joe.

This is very easy to clean and I like the optional settings. It's compact too. Love it!

Wish I would have gotten one just like my old one. This one has too many pieces and the bottom container doesn’t seal very well where the coffee comes in. So some grounds fly out and makes a mess. The coffee doesn’t freely dump out of the container either. My ookd one was just a simple blade and did just as good of a job and only one container that was on top. You pour and grind in the same one. This new one you pour into top then the grinds drop into second container Not happy with it. It works but messier and more to clean

Very easy to use and the espresso setting works surprisingly well. I didn’t know what to expect based on other reviews for this and other coffee grinders. I ultimately decided on this one and I’m happy with it.

Very quick at grinding the roasted coffee beans and the hopper is very capacious. I will be looking to see how it handles the moisture from the beans

Can't be beat for the price. Very happy with the levels of grinds. Really helpful for when you're doing cold brew/drip etc. Beats paying hundreds of dollars for just a grinder or having a basic grinder on your existing machine. Would definitely buy again.

I have two problems with this grinder: 1. even on espresso the grind is way too coarse. Which is why it's getting one star. Don't market and show an espresso setting if the machine can't do it. 2. I wouldn't remove a star for this but the disassembly of the burr for cleaning is super snug and I feel like there is a good chance you'll eventually break it trying to disassemble it. Aside from that its a nice looking machine it works well for coffee users. Just don't expect it to work for espresso machines. The grind picture shows a premade espresso ground on the yellow lid and the finest espresso grind of this machine on the black lid. Also worth noting is that this is a flat/disc burr grinder (not conical burr).

Works great and wife loves it. Sounds like it struggles at times to grind the beans. Not sure if hopper is too full or a motor issue. Will provide an update if warranted

Holds a good deal of beans. Multiple cup and granule size settings ideal for a pot or espresso machine. Very fast and easy to clean. Does scare my dogs though but its not insanely loud. I grind the night prior and put the coffee pot on a timer as to not wake anyone.

Does everything one could hope for a burr grinder. The reservoir can get a little gunked up if you don't clean it out regularly.

I am using this coffee grinder each morning. It took me about a week to learn the size of the grounds that made the perfect cup of coffee. The unit works great. I have found though, to grind 2 extra cup portion size grinds, so if I plan to brew 6 cups of water, then I choose 8 cups on the dial and just press the button and that’s it. I am very happy with my purchase, it looks great on my counter, and I recommend this unit.

I appreciate all of the setting options - as a coffee lover I do drip, K-cup and percolater so we can grind coffee to work best with any coffee maker.

Dont expect to get a super fine grind but works well for my coffee maker

by far my favorite appliance. grinds for my daily drip machine and super fine for expresso. easily cleans with warm water rinse. i like the compact design stores away nicely.
