I received a used one. First of all the box was semi crushed on one side and there was no Owner’s Manual. Then, the brewer had stains of coffee and water…also when I first opened the box I smelled coffee. Next time I purchase an appliance I’ll go to the store and make sure it’s a new one. I expect a new product if I’m paying for new. I was very disappointed at Best Buy!

This worked great for a little over a year. Then stopped turning 'on'. No wonder the warranty is 12 months. Magically the unit is slated to last longer in Canada at 5 years. sarcasm aside. I wasted $60 and expected this to last at least a few years.

Works good! Its just a little difficult putting the cylinder that holds the coffee in the right position. Other than that it is good.
