Fantastic machine, my daughter loves it, peace of mind for me and my wife, great melodies, remote control with phone, great night light and battery lasts a long time when taken off base

Interesting but worthless. This has to be the worst possible product. Connecting to wifi is a terrible, poorly designed experience that never worked. I sat the Hatch on my router for proximity. Also, touch ring on top doesn't respond after first experience. I have 8-10 products in my home that run on wifi, like Ring and Arlo. Similar wifi setup. We really liked the idea of this product, but I will definitely be returning for a refund and choosing a different product. Also interesting - I asked two different Best Buy employees about sound machines and neither knew that these existed in their store. I just happened to find them near baby monitors.

We use it for our baby room. He is trying to transition from our room to his room. The wireless battery option makes it easy to do so and last all night. Would recommend.

It’s a great item, just kind of unneeded bells and whistles. I ended up returning it because I only ever used the light and sound on white noise. Ended up using an old school night light from the dollar store and a 20 sleep machine from Amazon and it worked better for me

The portability, in having with a new born is great, can hear the soothing heart beat in any location. Great tool. Yearly membership to access its functions nit so good.

I love this thing! I always take it off the base if I go to a different room to lay my little one down somewhere. No need to worry about cables or anything. Lasts the whole night too.

I bought this for my daughter and she falls asleep much faster and sleeps right thru the night until the gentle sound of the morning birds wake her peacefully.

My toddler loves this thing! We had one of the earlier versions and hated having the cord where he could get it. Now it charges in our room and goes within to bed.

The hatch is handy and mostly easy to use once you get th touch controls down. The free sounds are good enough, I wish you didn't have to pay for additional sounds to be used. I like that you can move it wirelessly once it's been charged in the dock.

This is great during bed time. My kids are fans of the ocean so the wave sound and light blue colors work like a charm!

[Employee of bestbuy] We used a smart hub for white noise for our baby, but we were going to be staying away from home for the first night and we decided to try this device. This thing is pretty awesome. We havent used it off its base much, but love that it has a battery backup and isnt dependent on constant wifi connectivity. If you're into smart home stuff, there's integrition (cloud based) for Home Assistant too for programmatically turn the unit on/off.

I upgraded from the original hatch after it broke due to frequent drops my babies. Being able to move the hatch around sometimes without moving the plug was a much needed function I didn't know I needed. My original hatch broke at the power port, so hopefully this will survive even more drops. Cons: The required smart function almost makes me give it a 4*. You can only have 3 pre-programmed setting. I preferred buttons to cycle through all the color and sounds.

Perfect fornwhite noise, love that you can put a schedule and that it shows the time.
