Very good back and neck massager. Two criticisms. The first is that the back section of the massager does not go high enough so only about 3/4 of the back is covered. The second is that the next massager doesn't hit the right spots. Overall a good buy

I got this for mother’s day for my mom and I was disappointed that my mom didnt get a functioning massage chair but rather something that hums and does nothing. The power button seems to be flashing on the remote when i plug it in and non of the commands work. Quite disappointed

This massage cushion is amazing! I use it two to three times a day. I love that it has a setting that provides a continuous neck massage while it works on my back. I used to have a gym membership just for their massage chairs, but after buying this, I canceled it. This massage cushion works really well!

Great to use after a long day at work of physical exertion. Helps loosen tension and tight muscles. The heat feels amazing!

I’m about 5’11” and this thing is too small for me even when adjusted to the tallest setting. Either my lower back doesn’t get touched or the neck massagers are uncomfortably poking into my shoulder blades. The neck massager is made for people with tiny necks. I already have a slim neck but the neck massager squeezes my neck way too hard that it feels like it would break a neck bone. I use two small pillows one above and one below the neck massager to prevent my neck from getting pinched between the neck massagers. The shiatsu feature for the mid and lower back rivals a premium full body massage chair but it does not reach your upper back.

Great purchase. We have been looking online for a massager on Amazon and Best Buy. This product has not disappointed. Highly recommended.

Massagers are sturdier than my previous one. I can comfortably apply pressure against them without worrying about breaking them

The Homedics Shiatsu Elite II Message Cushion with heat is better than and a lot less expensive than an airport terminal message

It was nice where it worked , but does not cover the whole back , espcially spots it hurts and i jad to use pillows to move it around
