Good clear copies, bought the XL for the capacity of copies it claims to produce. Price wise, buying from best buy isn't quite the cheapest but close enough if you need to have them immediately.

I like my product, it was very easy to use, not any messy spills, and the color is great.

Ordering my item was easy and the ink cartridge came as ordered and arrived on time.

I purchased one before this one and it was saying I was out of ink or really it said low but when I took it out and put the new one in there was very little weight difference and since I didn’t do a lot of printing I’m not happy about having to buy another so soon. That’s why I got the xl

I purchased this ink from Best Buy online, but it produced about 100 sheets at draft quality instead of 300, as stated in the Best Buy description. I went to the website "returns" page and followed the instructions, printing out a form and taking it to the local Best Buy store. They would not accept the return because the ink had been opened. How would I know it was defective if it was unopened? The manager said that people could scam them by using up a cartridge, then returning it as if it were defective. I pointed out that I have purchased ink from Best Buy for years and never returned a cartridge to date. Also, they have a record of this easily accessible in my Best Buy account. That didn't matter and they would not take the return. Of course, it's not the fault of Best Buy that the cartridge is defective but they should stand behind the products that they sell. My advice: DON'T BUY INK FROM BEST BUY!!!

I received this (purchased new) and the product was already open and the sticker that covers the ink dispenser was removed. Looked like the box was glued back together by whoever returned it. Doesn’t look like it’s missing a significant amount of ink, but really disappointed Best Buy would send something out like this - especially if I’m buying new.

It lasts for a long time and works well. It is reasonably priced and easy to use.

I've never had an issue with ink when using the HP brand name. The only universal issue with the ink of inkjet printers is that the ink cartridge does dry out if it is not used occasionally. Because of that, I switched to a laserjet printer and couldn't be happier.

I used to buy the original 65 but with my son printing regularly for school assignments, I was replacing the ink regularly. The 65XL is a little more money but definitely worth it for us. Easy to pop in the printer. No issues with the prin cartridge and it lasts longer.

The best value in ink cartridges is the HP - 65XL High-Yield Ink Cartridge - Black cartridge. The extra ink in each one is so much more than the standard size cartridges contain & of course, Best Buy always has the very lowest prices for all your ink needs. I must add that I also always purchase my HP printers at Best Buy & nobody beats their prices.

It always works better than the knock-offs online. No streaks or leakage and i usually get the right amount of pages out of the cartridge. The only problem is usually not finding it in stock since its a popular model number. But Best Buy will have a way to find it in stock somewhere in their many locations.
