This HP laptop has been great so far! I bought it refurbished, and it performs like it's brand new! The system is fast and can run multiple programs simultaneously without slowing down. I've been using it for college, and it fits my needs perfectly! The only negative is the display, which doesn't seem as sharp as other monitors I've used, which may become problematic for serious photo and video editing.

Purchased an HP refurbished laptop from the Best Buy marketplace. Within the first 30 days it worked great, had only used a few times but it was good then the computer crashed with hard drive failures. I took it to the Geek Squad and they could not warranty it as it was bought through a 3rd party. A member of the Geek Squad, Noah, was very helpful and he suggested sending the computer back to HP for them to replace the hard drive since it was still under manufactures warranty. I am looking forward to getting it back fixed!
