Customer Ratings & Reviews

I had a hard time finding this ink cartridge. Went to 3 Best Buys and 2 other stores. As i'm a business owner I'm guessing it's not a common ink cartridge size. Nonetheless, I was able to have it ordered and it lasts a long time and has great saturation. I would recommend for anyone with a high capacity HP Officejet Pro printer.

I had previously bought two cartridges from a different seller, but returned them because my printer flagged them as altered and not original. So, I took the printer to Best Buy, hoping they could fix the issue. When I got there, the tech guy simply told me to buy their cartridges, as those were the originals. I did—and boom! My printer fell in love, and it’s still smitten.

Easy to insert into my printer and lasts extra long

Easy to change and works great in my HP printer. It loaded and worked flawlessly!

This is the ONLY ink I will use for my printer. I believe it is also the only ink available to use in my printer. So I heartily recommend it. And it is very black.

Great HP replacement. Gives great yield with bright black colors and crisp lettering. No smearing, etc.

For any HP cartridges Best Buy is the place to go. Free delivery, and I get paid for recycling the empty cartridge.

Very professional every time I go into the store. Theirs always an associate to help me with my needs. Assist where needed and distance where to go if needed.

Excellent product. The color value is wonderful for my photo prints.

Always buy hp ink for hp printer. had previous trouble of remanufactured

Ink cartridge refill lasts about 1 year. Good value purchase.

This XL cartridge is expensive for what it is, but it seems to last OK in our new HP-9025 printer. We previously subscribed to HP's "InstantInk" monthly program, which they give you free for a couple of months, but then they cleverly disguise the terms, and it ends up being kind of a rip-off. Plus it's invasive as HP is constantly monitoring the printer in our house, and will actually shut down the printing capability while using the InstantInk cartridges if our modem loses Internet connection, even though we have full WiFi capabilities within our house - This was disastrous once when I was printing reports one evening for an important out-of-town presentation the next day, and they just arbitrarily shut off my printing midstream because our local Spectrum cable Internet was doing maintenance. All other functions were fine, and the machine was full of paper and ink, but Big Brother HP decided to shut it down! HP is also impossible to communicate with unless you are satisfied speaking to a braindead chatbot!...Anyway, Best Buy prices for these cartridges basically seem in line with with everyone else, and shipping is free, so I prefer purchasing from Best Buy because they stand by their products.

Very good purchase and the black ink worked exactly as I needed it to! PROS: - Nice Packaging, Very Easy to Install - Lasted me about a year before having to replace CONS: - I wish it was a lower price but when has anyone ever said "Wow Printer Ink is Cheap"

HP ink is the best. Easy to install, dry's quickly, and has great collar.

Had some trepidation that replacing the ink cartrige would be a problem but it was smooooth!

Very good cartridge, but extremely expensive.Easy to install.

I went to Best Buy to search for the print cartridge. It was evening and business was slow. I was directed to an aisle in the rear and searched the shelves. A nice young woman assisted me . Then she called a man to come take my order; it wasn't in stock. He too was helpful and friendly. Beyond good customer service, the cartridge fits perfectly into my printer and I now have a good supply of black ink. Very satisifed.

Works great. Easy to install. Quality product. Would buy again.

The quality is as expected. It lasts for a long time, but depending on how much you print, it's always been a good six months for me to reorder. Delivery was great arrived in good condition.

Easy to install and have printer back and operating correctly. Sales guy was helpful.
