I was in a crisis! It was during a PanDammit! I needed my computer working! Or at least salvaged from an awful viral attack. BB came to the rescue! I bought a great new laptop perfect for my work load. BB Geek Squad safely retrieved data off my hard drive and installed onto my new device. I was able to promptly return to business.

This computer boots up fast. Has keys that light up. Great screen, it's large, and i can see the screen on a bright day outside. Also a nice bonus, it's a touch screen too! I love the numeric pad on the right hand side of the keyboard. However you won't know when the number pad is on, no dot that lights on on the Numlock key, so I just leave it on. Why that is missing, i don't know, HP, WHAT were you thinking? Put it back. Battery lasts but I'm not a gamer.. I check email and search the internet. I like the bottom has a ridge, so sits up from the surface to allow venting. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Works very well. Fast speed and easy connections. I got this for my wife who needs a large screen to see. Did not dissapoint. A little pricey, but for the screen well worth it.

TBD. Easy to set up. The screen is amazing. Color is great. Sound is awesome. Love that it has numeric keyboard. I returned a 15 in. 2 in 1 for this because I can’t do without the numeric pad. It’s Light weight for a big laptop . A bit pricey (compared to its smaller counter parts)for not being a 2 in 1. There have been a few flickers & slow to load a few pages, could just be my internet, we will see.. Also can’t figure out the screen shot, is it no longer available on new models? I had to use the snipping tool. To be really picky, the mouse pad could have taken less room for a bigger key board. Overall beautiful 4.5 stars. Buy the insurance! I do LOVE hp. Bought this one to replace my 9 year old hp laptop that took a spill(It was high dollar touch screen when I bought it) and better than most out there now. Real fast after switching out the memory to 1 T.

The fastest and best Laptop i have ever purchased! Im not 100% sure about this Iris video card, but it has to be decent if its in this system. Ill do my homework on it later. The 512 SSD Hard-drive is killer per usual, so no disappointment there! Very happy with this replacement given to me with my Geek Squad Protection plan!!! I ❤ BestBuy!!!

I love my new HP Envy! The design is sleek, modern, and sassy! The 17.3 display screen is so beautiful, it comes to life. It's fast powering up and loading web pages/sites. The best HP laptop I have owned. In the third pic, my laptop has a gel keyboard cover that I added. I would say, this laptop is top of the line. I wished they made this model in 16gb and up, but I do not regret my purchase. I highly recommend the HP Envy 17.3 to everyone.

Awesome Laptop for the price Apple McBook, Dell inspiron and HP Envy were in my radar. I found HP quality and appearance much better than competitors (tried to consider Dell of same configuration but it's keyboard quality was not my choice). HP should consider 16 GB variant with QHD rather than 12 GB, full HD.

A truly excellent laptop with great specs. The solid state hard drive is whisper quiet and does not heat up. The abundance of memory allows for the opening and running of a multitude of apps simultaneously and the screen is sharp and crystal clear. A very good value for the money.

Excellent Hp 17" touch screen laptop. Also best buy gave me credit to buy and huge discounts. Awesome!!!!!! You will definitely walk out with a desktop.

I love my Envy. the touchscreen is great and it travels well. I travel all around the world and this computer is holding up very well. I take it everywhere I go. I love the larger screen. The speed is also good. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

I didn't pay a review right away, but now I've owned this position for a year and never lets me down. Functions perfectly and never a glitch. Very fast, great screen and audio, strong wifi, event battery life. I don't have often but my son does occasionally and no lag, loads quickly, enough memory and storage. Touch screen is super accurate and no issue.

This laptop is all that I expected and more. I had the Geek Squad transfer my files from my old computer and set-up. I was able to setup wireless connections for my printer and mouse with no problem. This laptop is very fast and easy to use.

i've had this laptop for over a year and it's 1. touchscreen - very responsive 2. fast processing power for internet/apps 3 -ZERO technical issues - i'm a tech so i can identify them 4. holds its charge 5. great battery life - when unplugged - even over a year later.

I really like the 1080 13.7in screen. The screen could be brighter, but the picture is very good. The laptop has excellent specs and is very thin and light. The only issue I have so far is after I used the hdmi port hooked up to my projector ( which is an important reason for me to buy this projector) the sound on the laptop turned off and I was worried it would not turn back on. After trying for a while, I went to settings, then sound, then help, and the computer then reinstalled the audio drivers. That brought sound back, but I don't want to do this everytime I use the hdmi to the projector. The sale price of $1119. on a 17.3in laptop with these specs was very good.

Bought for daughter in law college nursing program to replace an older HP. She needed a reliable machine to be able to take online tests/exams on and the old one was bogged down even after a fresh windows reload. This is quick and the wifi is spot on. I could not believe the speed this Wireless-AX had with my dual band. I was pulling 120 through comcast. First time not having a cat 5 jack but if she needs it we will use the usb variant. Colors are clear and the 17" screen is bright. Weight is not bad at 5 lbs you will need a new bag/back pack Laptop battery good for about 3 hours of Web use, including YouTube and some lecture videos with the brightness is pretty high, not full brightness but more than half. She is happy how fast it charges though. 9approx 45 min) Value is debatable as we did not catch a sale at the time it had to be purchased. I feel that it was a but high but a mandatory purchase.

My previous computer was 9 years old and was dying, I had an MSI computer and it did a nice job but I wanted to try HP this time. I also wanted a 17.3 inch screen. I made 3 trips to Best Buy before I made my final selection. I have to say that every time I came back I was met by a pleasant, professional and knowledgeable person, All my questions were answered and the purchase made. The keys have a back light, the key spacing is perfect for my fingers. It is easy to use. I very much like the silver color, It brings up the screen quickly . In short I love it and am more than happy with the way it looks and runs.
