It’s a great lap top. I’m using it for school. I also purchased an HP printer and the two devices work well together. The lap top is light weight. The color is very classic. The touch screen made it easy to use;I didn’t purchase a mouse because the touch screen is better. Tip for students: don’t buy the office 365 because your school most likely offers it for free. Also, definitely purchase the geek squad protection for the 3 years because that’s the average time the lap tops start to slow down. I purchased an open box and it was still immaculate. I got the one below the Geek Squad Certified level. I haven’t had the need for geek squad since I’ve only had it for a month but if you research the coverage it offers it’s definitely worth it. They don’t charge deductibles.

I am so pleased with this 2-in-1 laptop. The touchscreen is of great benefit in a day when we all have become accustomed to the touch screen phones and tablets. It small enough to be carried easily, and yet the screen is easy to read even for these old eyes. I was afraid that the screen might make things to small. I especially like to be able to fold the keyboard all the way back and hold and use like a tablet. My last laptop the hinges broke and it became very difficult to use. Very happy with the speed of the processor, the sound of the speakers. Often these are weak points in otherwise good laptops.

I’ve been using this laptop for about 4 years. Used it for college and some light gaming and it runs really well. It still is not slow at all and I’m very happy with the product

The only laptop I have ever owned was a chromebook, so I was pretty skeptical about ordering one online without knowing what it’s like in person. I am absolutely happy that I chose this laptop. To have all these features for such a low price (compared to other brands) is what sold it for me and I don’t regret it at all.

Just recently started going back to school for an advanced degree. Needed a new laptop. I initially purchased a Mac Air & returned it to purchase this HP and so very glad that I did. I’m still learning the features and love that it is a touch screen as well!

This laptop is was a great purchase!I bought this laptop for my son, for him to use for high school. he’s about to go to high school so I decided to buy a laptop for him to use sense he doesn’t have a laptop that’s portable and his old one was very old. This laptop is an intel core i5 with 256gb of SSD, and 8 gb of memory. It’s also Full Hd which is amazing and is also touch screen and could also be a iPad or some sort. The only down side is that it heats up quite a lot although my son doesn’t really mine . But overall it’s an Amazing Laptop with a great reasonable price to it ( $650 at the time).

I had been between getting a MacBook & an HP laptop, definitely made the right choice. Not only is it half the price of a MacBook with all my add-ons, but has way more features & physical uses.

The HP Pavilion is lightweight, sleek and very user friendly. The screen seems large and vibrant, despite being a smaller laptop. The features are great, especially the touch screen capability. I highly recommend this product!

Great laptop in its price range. Bought it at a discount which was very valuable. The cosmetic shell is totally made of aluminum which is great for portable use. I like the feature that its screen has excellent compatibility with my Wacom Bamboo Ink stylus. The only inconvenience about this device is the power button. Since the power button is built on the keyboard rather than on the sides, it goes inactive when the screen is flipped over to be used as a tablet, which means you can't wake the device up from sleep mode unless you flip the screen back to normal laptop position and push the power button. This is kind of annoying, but it can be solved by using a wireless mouse with a USB receiver since the USB ports remain active even if the screen is flipped over. You can wake it up by just clicking the mouse. Other than that, this laptop is such a great device!

The bad: -The biggest problem it has is the touchpad, it's flimsy, feels loose before the actual button function or click and rattles. -Battery life, they say it should last 8 hours, but they might be able to get that if wifi, bluetooth(obviously)l, no peripherals, lowest screen setting and low or no volume is used. However in real life just browsing internet i got 5~6 hours. -Some manufacturing defects on the bezel, like wavy edges. The good: -Great price if you get it on special. -Good specs for a normal user. -Awesome sound, those Bang & Oluffsen sound loud and clear.

Bought this yesterday. Seems like a nice little laptop. Touch screen works well. Touchpad works nice. The hinge seems solid and well built. My biggest complaint is that there is no Ethernet Port, which was really the only reason I filtered to this computer. The Best Buy summary and filters clearly state that there is an ethernet port. We have multiple computer users online streaming video calls simultaneously all privately far around the home. I wanted a direct ethernet connection to avoid spotty wifi issues for schooling. Now I have to spend another $25 on a USB to Ethernet connector, along with another trip to the store. Incorrect advertising and specifications cost you stars!

I love the touchscreen and I also love that I can turn it sideways and use it as an tablet. It’s small enough to fit in my carryon bag or my purse.
