Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great unit. I have owned several of these and they are always awesome! A couple of things they should bring back: 1. The magnetic charger (The plug in charging sometimes fail due to detereoration of the charging port in the unit. Once it fails, the unit is unusable) 2. The caller ID talk (In previous units, the device would tell me the name of the caller and the option to answer or ignore. Now it only says "incoming call". I will continue to use these units as long as they make them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

THE VOGER 50IS AN UPGRADE FROM THE VOYGER 5200 THE ARTIFICIAL INTEGRATION WITH NOICE CANCELLATION IS A LITTLE BIT BETTER BUT NEEDS WORK CAN STILL HEAR BACKGROUND NOISE HAVNT HAD IT LONG ENOUGH TO GIVE IT A 5 STAR YET

Sound quality is perfect, noise cancelation is perfect, i am using this kine of Plantronics for almost 8 years, changing every 2 years or less with new one. I remember first Plantronics i got from Frys Electronic after that I find out Best buy has them too and i am buying from best buy from that time. I recommended for everyday using is perfect i got most earphone but no one is like this kind Plantronics. Don't forget to get 2 years insurance.

Been using this series of blue tooth for years and has never let me down in Quality sound the only problem is the actual piece that goes in the ear after time the rubber seal goes bad but you can get replacement ear pieces with foam covering thru amazon

Love this device. It free's up my hands so I can use everything through voice communication. Crystal clear clarity.

I used this head for several years. The noise cancelation on the 5200 is far more supeior. But i like the usbc and the longer battery time on the new legend 50. I hope hp will evantually get the noise cancelation back on track.

I love this product I have been using it for years now great quality

One quality i like was the answering system which the 50 has but doesn't work with quality

I keep buying this product for 1 unique feature - you can MUTE from the earpiece. It is also very easy to use and quite comfortable. Not the best noise-cancellation, though.

Too many malfunctions: disconnects, volume drops. It's better to buy the previous version. Besides, the Best Buy description says it comes with a case, which is a lie. It doesn't.

The product was missing items that other vendors gave. The price was also much higher than others and did not provide the same value. I brought the device back and shared that items were missing from it, and the rep claimed it doesn't offer that and that I would have to buy it separately. I then returned it and bought it from another store, which included an adapter and case. A price match is invalid when you don't have everything that comes with the product. The image shows what is included with the case, adapter, USB, and device. I am very disappointed and cannot give a rating because I returned it. The product I bought, as shown, is the complete package from another vendor at the same price, including the case and adapters.

I've used a lot of Bluetooth headsets over the years, especially older Plantronics and early Poly models, and I have to say the HP Poly Voyager Legend 50 is easily one of the best they've ever made. ### Build Quality — Noticeably Better Than Older Versions The first thing I noticed when I picked it up was **how solid and premium it feels**. Compared to older Plantronics/Poly headsets from before HP purchased the company, this one feels like a **big step forward in build quality**. * The materials feel more durable * The ear hook is sturdier but still flexible * Buttons feel tighter and more responsive * Overall construction feels more premium and less plasticky Older versions sometimes felt a bit flimsy over time, but this one feels **like it's built to last**. You can tell HP invested in improving the overall construction and quality. ### Battery Life — Truly All-Day One of my favorite things about this headset is **the battery life**. I can easily go **an entire day without charging** — even with heavy use. * Morning calls * Afternoon meetings * General phone use throughout the day It just keeps going. I don’t have to worry about carrying a charger around or constantly checking battery levels, which is a huge plus. ### Comfort Another thing I really appreciate is how comfortable it is. I can wear it for hours and forget it's even there. It’s lightweight, well-balanced, and doesn’t cause ear fatigue like some older models did. ### Audio & Call Quality Call quality is excellent. Voices sound clear and natural, and the noise cancellation does a great job of filtering out background noise. Whether I'm indoors or outside, people can hear me clearly. ### What I Like Most * Excellent build quality (better than older Plantronics/Poly models) * Premium feel * All-day battery life * Very comfortable for long wear * Clear call quality * Reliable Bluetooth connection ### Final Rating **10/10** HP really improved this lineup after acquiring Poly. The **Voyager Legend 50 feels more refined, more durable, and more reliable than previous generations. If you're looking for a professional-grade Bluetooth headset that lasts all day and feels high quality, this is an easy recommendation.

I really like this headset. The sound is very clear, and the noise cancellation is impressive. It is lightweight and comfortable for long use. The battery lasts long, and the connection is stable. Overall, this is a great product and worth the price.

- Sound Quality: 9/10- It gives a very clear and clean output for calls and listening to voice messages. The noise cancellation feature works very well and gives a clean clear voice input. - Pairs instantly to my Samsung device. - Battery life- 9/10: It last a whole day and longer depending on usage but reliable. - Comfort- 8/10 : It is comfortable to wear and holds secure in my ear

I've been using hands-free headsets from the Voyager line for more than 10 years now. This new model is an improvement on almost every level. USB-C charging port has finally arrived. Battery lasts much longer than previous model. I can hear the people on the other side loud and clear. The one issue I have encountered: Sometimes, the microphone seems to not pick up the first millisecond of whatever I'm saying. I've had people asking if I'm still on the line after I've said a short "Yes". Not sure if I've gotten a defective unit, or it something affecting all of them. Considering replacing this one. I will try to update my review once I've done it.

Noise cancelling is great on this bluetooth but the volume is too low and the vocal answering is terrible and never works. Product is great overall but those 2 areas need to be addressed. Recharging container is great as it protects item and extends the talk time.

We have been using Voyager earpieces for years. They work very well. If you choose the right size plastic piece (from the options included), they will fit quite well into your ear AND not fall off easily. (Of course, one should always be careful.) The microphone picks up voices well. The audio/volume and quality of the sound is good. It can be worn all day without discomfort. It recharges quickly (although we recharge them every night).

I like this oroduct when it is working correctly. Most of the time it is working good but sometimes have connectivity problems.also the button on top of headphone to hang up calls doesn't always work.Overall it is a grat product and comfortable to wear all day.

[Employee of bestbuy] Super comfortable and lightweight, the battery life is good, the mic quality is decent enough, and the features are exactly what I’d need.

This works very well for me being that I work remote. I purchased this so I can travel with smaller accesories compared to my big headset. Battery life lasts the whole work day and the sound is decent. The ear silicone is my only thing I might have a negative about. It just does not fit like I want it to even though it comes with a different size.
