The Vyper 3 vibrating roller massages and relaxes sore and knotted muscles very well. Its concave shaped length better contacts more area and fits more contours better than straight-sided massagers. It operates on a re-chargeable battery, and the package comes with an 18-volt charger. The roller is not heavy, so it is easy to handle and use.

Strong vibration and good texture! Mine has shut off unexpectedly a couple times not sure why.

Ten minutes with the Vyper reduces my pain by one third. It's like visiting a massage therapist on demand. I bought this for my dad, brother, and myself, as we suffer from chronic back pain. We sit too much and don't get enough exercise, but we also have spinal problems. The Vyper eliminates a great deal of our pain, increases blood flow, and makes us feel better. The curve in this model makes an empty space for your neck, back, legs, forearms, and chest if you need to lie down on it. Works on every part of the body. That's why I recommend it over the 2.0 model. It's worth the extra money. The only con I can think of is that its vibrations are so powerful that it will vibrate through your floors, and your apartment or house might shake. There are three settings, and even the lowest setting is a beast. It's ultra powerful at higher settings. Depending on your situation, that might be a plus.

I was used the 2.0 and loved it. Made my back feel like brand new. I figure well 3.0 would be just as good. 3.0 is definitely better than a standard foam roller hands down. But if you can get the 2.0. The 3.0 is slightly wider, softer (for me with back problems i need something firmer as the 2.0 very firm.) and the motor on the 2.0 i feel is more powerful when i compared with my fitness teacher at college. I personally feel that its a great Lower Body foam roller due to the foam being very soft. And the 2.0 all upper body. I plan on buying the 2.0 in addition due to me being able to utilize both to MY benefit for my body. Hope the helps. Still good roller!

EXCELLENT device...got treated with one of these at my PT sessions and it was a miracle! The open box item was a good deal and arrived in perfect condition - just like new.

Well- it does work. It's just the vibrations are so intense that it literally shakes the house. Because it shakes the house- i took it down to the basement where i dont' use it- so I'm losing money on a very expensive piece of equipment. It is hard- not soft. But to be honest- yes it did help loosen my muscles. Muscles that were tight like ropes. If you are looking for general help- this might be a little intense.

A great tool for muscular stiffness and soreness.
vibrations are really strong, it is good for muscle tension and recovery but its not very wide. I'd almost say the vibrations are a little to strong or maybe not rumbly enough for deep tissue but to sharp and uncomfortable. I opt to use the back roller I have that isn't electrified in anyway. just a simple crack here n there for me, this was overkill.

Love this roller as the vibrations help reduce your focus on those painful trigger points that you would rather not roll over. It's loud when using it against hard surfaces, but so worth the noise in the relief it provides.

Out of all of the compression therapy stuff that I’ve bought, massage guns, etc. This is the one that helps my hip flexors the most. Absolutely blown away by the effectiveness of this for me. I give it five stars just for that alone.

Ordering was simple, delivery was fast and on time. Nice product, firm massage, although somewhat pricey.

This is amazing. It gets into the muscles at a level that you can't get to with a normal roller. This has helped me so much with my hip and glute tightness. Love it! Highly recommend!!

I have lower and middle back pain nearly everyday. Been using hard foam rollers for years, and while they help, they are not in the same league as this roller. I have only had this product for a few weeks & seeing great results. Using it twice a day for about 3-5 minutes at a time on medium & high settings. It has improved my spinal stability, as well as improving my sleep. The price may seem steep to some but it's much more cost effective than visiting a chiropractor. Very well built & battery life is good.

Amazing roller. Beats the traditional roller. Helps get in those troublesome areas that are deeper on the body.

Excellent for glutes, hamstrings, calves and OT Band. Somewhat uncomfortable because of its firmness on the back.

Love this tool. Much better than the less expensive brand I bought fro Amazon. This model has guided stretching with video and Bluetooth.

I couldn’t be happier with this device. In some ways it exceeded my expectations after using the Vyper 2.0 at my gym. The foam is the perfect density. I tried the Wave Roller but it was too soft for me. Be advised, the Vyper 3 is powerful so you will be trading power for noise but it’s worth it for me.

We love this. So much better than a regular foam roller. It really gets into the muscle.
