Good remote, flexible with tv Netflix Hulu etc. the only thing is the back cover very loose. This is my second one. Also the same result

Very happy with this remote control. It works just as good as the original with all of the functions. I still haven't used the Alexa feature yet but I will soon. I'm sure it will be fine. I think it is a little pricey for a replacement, but at least I know it's good quality. I also like how it works right out of the box with no pairing issues with the television. Would buy another one if I have to, but I'll try to keep this one away from our puppy!

great remote easy to use, very easy to set up also great price

My Toshina Fire TV remote failed. Was able to get this Insignia replacement at a excellent price. Surprised how easy it was to set up and go.

Had to buy this to replace the original remote to a toshiba fire tv. Fire tv remotes don’t really have a great reputation to begin with but the one that came with the tv lasted just over a year. Of course it was right outside the warranty period. The replacement has been working, just afraid it will not last like the original. In the future I will never buy another tv with fire software built in.

This remote works way better than the original remote included with the Insignia Smart TV I bought. The buttons are sturdier and the center button doesn't get stuck or sticky like the original did. I also like the updated button mapping so it feels more like the original Amazon firestick scheme and the replacement of the Playstation Vue button to a Hulu short cut is much more convenient. There is now also a small LED light next the the Mic of the remote to show when it's activated or in use. Overall liked all the changes with no problems so far. It was easy to sync to my TV.

We recently purchased two Smart TV's, using Amazon Fire as the operating system. One came with the newer remote, the other not. The problem occurred for us when using the TV's in a dark room (one is in the bedroom). Since they are unlighted it was a little difficult to learn the differences of the remote keys even though the screen views on both TV's were the same. Now we have the same functions on both - learn one and you've learned how to use either in the dark. It's a no-brainier. I'll end with the only negative ... this remote is WAY OVERPRICED!

Perfect replacement remote after I washed ours. It’s snappier then the original. Works great. Also works with our other tv unlike the original.

I bought this to replace my other after the dog chewed it up. Once I got the remote realized it wasn’t a the correct remote for my tv. Well it does work for my tv just a little bit of a delay sometimes. The buttons are a little different and that throws me off. Works great and easy to use just wish it wasn’t so expensive to replace remote controls now days.

This insignia remote is awesome it works great... I think I like it better than the original Toshiba remote lol

I purchased an open box Toshiba Fire TV from Best Buy. Did not come with a remote. Purchased this replacement remote. Paired up to the TV without any hiccups. Works great with my fire TV. These replacement remotes are always sold out. It's a great price compared to the Toshiba remote.

My remote suddenly stopped working for my Insignia TV so I needed a replacement. I bought a generic "smart tv" universal remote and had no luck. I then bought the Insignia replacement remote and was in business! Setup was easy and looked/operated just like my original remote.

Remote does not have all the features of the original but it was much less expensive than having to buy a whole new TV which I would have to do since there is no way of operating the TV without a remote. It works fine and serves the purpose.

amazon fire tv is hard to beat with features and price

I am very pleased with the quality of this replacement remote. It worked right out of the box with no programming necessary to replace my lost insignia remote. Definitely recommend and would buy again although hoping it won’t be necessary.

I have an Insignia Amazon Fire TV. This remote works as advertised - it is as good as the original. I did not have to do any programming. I installed the batteries, pointed and clicked, and every function worked. Happy with purchase.
