Love this thing. It’s like having 2 action cameras. The 4k wide angle mod and the 360 mod. Swap able in seconds and the app instantly recognizes what lens is attached and automatically changes settings and available options accordingly Easy to use and takes amazing photos and videos

Great product! Good quality and I love the fact that it has the built in mic. My ONLY issue is that the battery does not last nearly as long as the other insta360s. My lasts MAYBE an hour tops. Everyone else I know that has them, use theirs for hours at a time. I ride motorcycles so there are quite a few of us with Insta360 products and mine is the only one that doesn’t last.

Its good to capture moments, but hassle to switch lenses. Video quality is not that sharp/crisp. Noticeable stitching lines...orientation matters due to this.

Its a different go pro with a extra lens. The difference is the 360 lens seems cool i hate that you need the selfie stick to make it work. Can we get a update where the selfie stick is mot the only thing we need to create great content?

Good features. However screen is very small to use. The charging port stopped working after a year of use. I suggest get an extended warranty just in case.

Other than a little lax in image quality. All the issues that are presented with the GoPro line, this camera is defiantly out performing in many areas. The more I use it and get use to the settings, the more this camera grows on me.

The modular option from 4k to a 360 camera is great! No longer need to carry 2 cameras and editing on the mobile app is easy once you get the hang of it

The 360 is more than what I can ask for you get what you paid for. I definitely would recommend it.

This camera hasn’t worked from day one. I hit the power button, blue light comes on, and thats it. When I do sometimes get it on it freezes while recording and the file gets corrupted. Also it constantly disconnects from the app. Customer service with insta360 is also a joke, don’t expect any help there. I will be returning this camera.

Great camera to get a 360 view. Software is easy to use and you don’t need a high computer to edit video.

I purchased the combo unit because of the flexibility in shooting in 360 or 4k on the fly. I can say it is not the most intuitive camera I've ever used. However when Masterd it produces some of the best footage I've ever captured. I shoot for extended periods of time in 4k outside in direct sunlight and it has not failed yet. It will overheat if you shoot in 360 in direct sunlight and the camera is not moving.

Arrived a little later than promised. The camera works as advertised and we will be making a lot of memories with the device!

I love my insta360 I use for Saturday morning drives to cars and coffee.

This item marketing campaign is a bit misleading; from the picture, you think you are buying two cameras for the price of one, but you are only getting one camera and two lenses. I'm afraid that it's super not suitable for a company to market a product as such. Even the BBY employee could not answer my question if I were buying one camera, two cameras with two lenses, or only one camera with two lenses.

It is good until it doesn't. The app asked me to update the firmware. I did it, and the camera did not connect to the phone anymore. We tried everything with the support but it just doesn't connect to the phone. It is useless as it is right now. and now the camera freezes when recording videos. The software is not as good as GoPro and the support is not able to fix it.
