I like the window on the door so I can see inside while things are cooking. There are 3 slots for the trays so you can cook more food at the same time. However, the top slot is closest to the burner so you have to be careful not to burn your food. The trays are very easy to clean. The door gets messy and I remove it to clean it. It cannot be submerged in water though. I haven't used the rotisserie yet but I plan to do so. Overall I'm happy with this device..

I’m not a huge cooking person BUT this has made it a breeze!!!! So easy to use and fun too. Easy to use and easy to clean. The none stick pans are great burnt food comes right off. Size is perfect so you can cook multiple items at once. I highly recommend!!!

This air fryer is very different from many others in that it has a glass door and a rotating function. With the glass door, you can watch the food being cooked to make sure it does not get burnt. With the rotating function, the food is cooked evenly in 360 degrees. I have tried to use it to fry different types of food such as peanuts, potato chips, chicken leg, chicken tight and Char Siu, etc. I found that this air fryer, same as other air fryers, is not good to fry potato chips. Although the rotating function helps air fry the chips evenly, the chips are too dry even if you put oil on the chip surface. However, the rotating function is excellent for frying peanuts. For 2 lb of peanuts, you simply set the temperature to 300 F and time to 10 minutes, and then you can relax. There is no need to use any oil which you will usually need if you use a frying pan. Air frying Char Siu is also easy and simple. With the glass door, if you see the Char Siu is getting burnt, you simply turn it off. In the first time, I burnt the Char Siu because I put it in the upper shelf. Then in the second time, I put it in the bottom shelf and it was great. You do need to try few times to learn it character. There is a problem about cleaning the door. The user manual says the door can be easily detached for cleaning. YouTube also shows it is very simple to do. However, I just can take it off from the fryer body! It is difficult if not impossible. When I try to use string force to take it off, I worry that I may break it, which is not covered by its warranty! This is a design problem. The fryer is easy to clean, except the door.

I could use this every day if only I had a little more space. The quality is great and the features are plentiful but yet this thing is both huge and yet too small. The exterior takes up a full segment of my counter and the interior doesn’t hold a chicken larger then three pounds. It dehydrates very well. Way better then it should. It’s not as quiet as the vortex mini by instant but it isn’t as loud as others. If you can get this on sale go for it. You will not be disappointed.

Bought this because of the size and multi use of the air fryer. Had a smaller one and loved it. We love it and made from fries using the rotating basket, we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

This thing is amazing. It doubles as an oven. Its just me and my fiance so heating up the actual oven is ridiculous for just 2 pieces of meat. Its easy to clean and preheats quickly and cooks quick and even too. Salmon, chicken and pork chops are cooked perfectly. The only con i have is the fact that the basket is hard to clean so i stopped using it. Other than that it's the best purchase we made.

I absolutely love this oven! I have used most all of the features and everything I have made has come out great! I haven't use the drum yet, but I plan to soon. I made a 5 lb lamb roast using the rotisserie and it came out fantastic. I have used the air fryer for a number of things and they were delicious! It is easy to clean and I am so glad I chose this product! I have an instant pot and I absolutely love it! I am very happy with the Instant brand and and the quality of their appliances!

The instant Vortex Plus gets heavy use from me. I enjoyed having this oven from the start. I have not used all of the functions but I do love to air fry, re heat, bake, and roast and you can also dehydrate and broil. I would not recommend using oven cleaner in this product it messed up the finish on the inside but the oven still works perfectly fine. I like the display when I press it and get all the functions like the light, time, temp and all the different cooking methods. I have not used the basket and I have a hard time finding a small enough chicken for the rotisserie so I just use small Cornish hens. There are different heat levels in the oven depending on how close the food is to the heating element so when I have more food in the oven it does not cook evenly. I do enjoy having this instant vortex plus.

I never thought i would use this air fryer as much as I do, my microwave has become a paperweight. Frozen chicken wings in twenty minutes, you got it. Steak, pork ribs and even fish , fries and i baked potato no problem. This probably how cavemen felt when they discovered fire , buy one and you won't be disappointed

This Vortex Air Fryer/Toaster Oven was a Christmas gift for 3 family members. As it happens, I received one as well! This fits nicely in a corner area under my cabinets. Just pull it out when using it. This is easy to figure out and easy to clean as well! I would recommend the Vortex 7, 9 or 10 to anyone.

Simply wonderful! It gets me out of a lot of trouble. What I like most is the rotisserie. I love this fryer! 100% 100 recommended

very good product Cook's very fast but not very big and cubic feet according to instructions you need to unplug it one down fall sets their bright and displaying off

This air fryer is excellent, very practical, and performs many functions. It is the most beautiful piece in my kitchen. There was a problem with the delivery of the order from the shipping company, and I contacted Best Buy support. The problem was resolved in minutes. Thank you, Best Buy. Excellent service.

Bought this because my wife wanted to try a Tiktok recipe or two. We've used it about 12 times now and it cooks great. Haven't tried the rotisserie but plan to during duck season!

Our first Air Fryer. This multi purpose Air fryer is quite useful in our kitchen. The rotating basket makes this unit a cut above in terms of comparison to other air fryers. The reheat function is very handy to avoid rubbery food from microwave reheats. We use this cooking appliance far more often than we had planned. The cooking rack with skewers, sold separately, is another nice option for kebabs.

Best investment from Best Buy we have purchased for the kitchen. So many amazing features. Easy to use and no complicated cleanup for trays.

This is the best purchase ever! I love my air fryer and it is much more compact than it appears. It does so many things and I was able to get rid of other unneeded items because of it.
