Customer Ratings & Reviews

Up graded from KEF KS50 META to these R5s. Excellent sound that fills in the midrange and are steadily improving as they brake in.

I got the product in a very damaged condition and not up to the standard. It looks very odd to me that this kind of a company send this substandard product to a customer?

These are easily the best speakers I've owned. I think they match my listening space perfectly. I've also had ELAC DBR62, Ascend Acoustics Sierra LX, and Wharfedale Lintons. All great speakers but when you find the perfect pair for your room with really good sub integration...WOW! And these don't just sound good. The engineering, quality, and looks are all top notch.

These speakers sound absolutely fantastic. I originally purchased the Q1 bookshelf speakers, but after owning them for about a month I decided I needed a pair of full range speakers. The KEF R5 Meta were exactly what I was looking for. The bass is amazing, the mids and vocals are super clear, and the highs are not too bright. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone.

Beautifully made. My significant other approved the white. They sound full and wonderful. They are 4ohm speakers. So, they require a beefy amp

Really good quality sound. They are really good. I don’t regret buying them.

Very detailed and neutral sound. Good stage. But if you want even more details for the complex music like symphonic orchestra, go with R11 meta.

Using these as L and R, along with R6 as C. Best sound for music and movies.

Fantastic-sounding speakers. I have a pair of these and an R2 Meta center attached to my Marantz Cinema 60. They have a sweet, sweet sound. I highly recommend the R series from KEF.

They are the best speakers that you can buy at this price point, clear and concise and KEF has excellent customer service

Outstanding sound stage. Please note a subwoofer is being used with them.

Very impressed with the clarity and neutral sound of this speaker
