I really like the cushion in this chair; it's soft yet provides enough support, with a medium feel overall. It's a major upgrade from what I was sitting on before. It requires quite some time and patience to assemble, but I figured it out. I do like it, but I wish it had more support for the upper back and the ability to adjust the seat more upright, or to a position where it feels comfortable. It's still a good ergo chair for the price.
