Working good for temperature control. Scratches on front of stainless appear to be rust colored? Or rusty? Not sure yet. The stainless is not fingerprint resistant and has to be cleaned off with a stainless cleaner. Ice maker and water dispenser work great so far. The installation/delivery was as promised and professional. I love the textured handles. Fridge does roll forward alittle when it’s empty but now that it’s full not so much. The fridge does stick out a bit from countertop depth but I knew that it would from the measurements.

I wanted a refrigerator without a water dispenser since they take up so much space and I live alone. I like that there is a water dispenser for guests and that it is discreet. I also do not use ice and this comes with one. Again it is a nice convenience for guests. The ice maker is rather loud. So I am glad I won't be using it often. I make sure to let it make ice all day so that at night there is no noise. The interior space is generous and very pleasing to look at The large horizontal drawer lid is self opening/closing. That is a nice surprise and delight.

Even considering this fridge is just a higher priced, rebadged version of a lower-end Whirlpool, I was expecting better quality control. On day one, I noticed a dent in the door, which could be from shipment or delivery, but I also found a sizable dent in the freezer liner just inside the door, insulation peaking out from the top of the fridge to the point where the plastic trim on the top is lifting, and the right fridge door's bottom hinge is already showing stress on the plastic cover. The shelf design is very poor too. I had an early Whirlpool/Amana bottom freezer unit at my old house with similar shelving in the fridge and never had a problem adjusting them. Removing the shelves in this unit will either cause you to hit the light dome in the front if the shelf is too high, or will not sit right because the outer rail on both sides does not extend low enough to go past the third notch from the bottom. This quality control and lack of attention to basic detail is something you'd expect from it's $1200 Whirlpool twin, but not an $1800 KitchenAid fridge. Premium pricing does not equal a premium product when it comes to Whirlpool. Very sad.

Love the look of the exterior fridge. Overall it holds quite a bit of food and I love the size of freezer drawer. I chose this fridge because i don't like the ice/water on the outside, and this one had a water dispense on the inside. Which i thought was a nice design element. I think Kitchenaid could of done more on the interior look of the fridge. It is pretty plain compared to the others with the ice/water dispense in the door. Overall it runs good (a little loud when the ice fills & dispenses), no problems other than the freezer light bulb (led) burned out after only 2 months of ownership.

First off: Best water dispenser on the market. Yes, it's not on the outside, but it makes for a sleeker look that way. This thing is powerful. Water comes out fast, and you can fill your cup in seconds. Shelves are adjustable. If you have a lot of groceries all the time, be careful. I can't figure out a good way to store bottles or milk easily. Ended up having to put them on their side. - 1 star for that. It's big, lots of space, but you have to bend over to get the ice out. The freezer space is ample, and I like being able to see everything in the fridge. Great product.

The refrigerator works great. There is a lot of room. The door on the left side does not close properly.

Was in the process of remodeling my kitchen and need the basic 4 items(fridge, range, micro & washer). The fridge had the space, look and options we wanted. Counter depth fits perfectly in the hold we made for it and the shelves are just the right size and function for what we needed. Truly enjoy the water dispenser option.

Nice bright interior, seems to have plenty of room inside. Freezer bins aren’t huge compared to our old Kenmore Elite but fine for what we need. Ice bin makes a ton of ice. Only negative is there is often a few cubes falling out on freezer floor or shooting out . However still better than the indoor ones that clog up and don’t come out. Indoor water seems fine.

Very happy so far with the fridge. I did a lot of research and stopping in to see multiple fridges. Basically, this had everything I wanted. Aesthetically, I LOVE it!! The commercial look of it is stunning. I like the clean front. The water inside is very accessible and easy for our children to use. Gave 4 stars for the below con's: - Shelves, they do not go all the way to the back of the fridge, so, for example a bottle (like a beer bottle), will slip off the back and drop to the lower shelf. Happened and thankfully the lower glass shelf didn't break. - Door storage - wished there was just a bit more storage/for condiments, etc... But I know that is limited to design. I am a huge condiment person, so... It would most likely be fine for others.

I chose this fridge for the size, inside water dispenser and look. I'm working on a remodel so I won't actually use it for several months. I'm looking forward to install day.

While remodeling our kitchen the Kitchen Aid brand was alway at the top of our list for styling reasons. When it came down to it, what really made the choice was the sizing and layout. 25 cuft is a great size for a growing family and entertaining. it helps that it looks clean too.

We really like our French door fridge. We purchased it because we love the handle design as well as it having a clean doors without any water and ice dispenser. The water dispenser is on the inside and still convenient. Yes, you have to open the door to get water or ice, but the tradeoff is worth it for the clean look of the exterior doors without a dispenser.

We really wanted to ditch our old side-by-side, which had some broken parts and was just inconvenient. The new KitchenAid is just what we needed. I really love the top/bottom split. The interior water dispenser leaves a very clean front appearance. The under-shelf bottle rack is great for wine or other slim bottles like the sparkling waters my wife likes. We're glad we made this purchase.

We have relocated a lot and have had many.. many refrigerators. This was a replacement for a Samsung the movers damaged. This kitchen aide model is very noisy, I can hear it running from across the house, Fruit/veg doors do not close correctly. It rolls forward easily when you just attempt to open doors. I have to push this fridge backwards while opening the freezer so it doesn’t roll right out into my head. What we originally thought were some dirt or grease marks inside are scuff marks/scratches. (Had it since yesterday geek squad put it together) Large direction stickers for water stuck to inside do not pull off cleanly and leave a nasty sticky mess. We expected much more from Kitchen aide and it feels cheaply made.. extremely disappointed.

Out of all the refrigerator's I have owned this is the best. It is sleek, elegant and above all very functional. I love seeing all the food I use on a daily basis right at eye level. I also like the open-door alert and the fact that it reaches the correct temperature very quickly.

After a little more than a month with my new refrigerator, I'm really happy with it. It's a great fridge with lots of room and what seems like a pretty efficient system. I'm still not sure how I feel about the water tap inside the fridge, but it works great, and the outside looks great not having anything there. It's also nice to not have a lot of room taken up by an ice maker and water dispenser. I would recommend this fridge to anyone looking for something with plenty of room and ease-of-use.
