I've gone my whole life making almost everything from scratch and I've never made pasta from scratch. Not only was it delicious, and borderline fun to make, this thing is perfect! Easy to use, easy to clean, works like a dream.

Awesome roller. Needed to get used to doing the dough for a couple of times at first, but from then on its been awesome.

Wife has used this many times to make Fettuccine, You really have to know how to prepare the dough. I would recommend taking a class on how to make pasta in case yours start to stick to the rolls. Fantastic and makes the process easy instead of rolling it. will recommend, 10/10 alfredos.

It's a decent pasta sheet roller. It's easy to use. Only need to be careful when you clean it.

I don't know how to make pasta but I DO KNOW how to make dumplings. This accessory helps a lot to roll a dough which takes forever for me to do. Needles to say more.

I am thrilled with this pasta roller. Easy to use, clean, and store. I'd never be happy with another mixer as Kitchenaide has all the extra items I want to make things possible for me to do.

Bought the Kitchen aid pasta roller ,because it had a good price. Have not had a chance to use it yet. It came in a fair amount of time and was in new condition.. Will use it soon.

Four stars as it's a little difficult to get the roller to stay in the attachment port, but other than that it definitely gets pasta as thin as you want it. A million times easier than using a rolling pin.

Wife wanted this for her mixer. She has had nothing but great things to say about it. I know I love the pasta she makes with it.
