I Really like this dishwasher. It makes a tune when it’s over and the door automatically opens to help dry. And it dries much better than most other machines.

I'm going to list every pro and con, then explain why this dishwasher deserves a 5 star rating from me and doesn't deserve an overall 3.9 star rating . First, It has a shorter depth than the average American dishwasher which allows it to be evenly flush with the cabinets creating a aesthetically pleasing look, Second, it is quiet (based on some negative reviews they mentioned it was loud but i dont believe that to be true and must have been installation issue). Third, built in water softener, if you live in an area with super hard water this dishwasher has a water softener built in, if you have hard water than you know the struggle and the damage it causes on your glass cups. Its embarrassing giving a guest a cloudy glass not because the water is dirty or your dish is dirty but because your dishwasher water has caused a permanent etching in the glass. Fourth, it cleans and dry dishes well, I was happily surprised with how dry things were. Fifth, the top rack is adjustable in height. Lastly, stainless steel tub and operating instructions are very user friendly. There are of course Cons, first the height doesnt meet the standard American height for countertops, it can be raised but still won't reach the standard 24inchs (but it's barely noticable). Second, with it's depth and height being a little less than the average its probably won't fit a few dishes (literally maybe a few dishes). So, why give it 5 stars, because as someone who generally uses reviews to determine if i should buy something and read it's loud, and leaks, but I still get it and it's actually a pretty decent dishwasher for the price and quality. Give it a shot is all I am saying.

Plenty of space, tines moveable, top rack moves up and down to adapt to taller/shorter items, very quiet,everything comes out clean

I can’t so much speak to the dishwasher because we haven’t been able to use it due to dangerous installation. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. Their installer did a terrible job. He cut the piping (which we paid for) and connected the dishwasher to the wrong pipes, which we had to have a plumber fix. Also, this dishwasher requires an electrical outlet. We did not have one so the installer said for $125 he can put one in. We asked if he was qualified, he said yes, so we paid him to do it. 30 minutes after he left, the newly installed outlet fell off the wall and left wires exposed. Obviously this is near pipes and water and created a huge electrical fire hazard. He also messed up the electrical in our house and alarm keeps going off. We now have to pay an electrician to fix it. I’ve been trying to contact Best Buy for an installation refund, a refund for the $125, and a refund for the electrician but have been unable to get a hold of anyone who can help me. Apparently their claims department is working remote and doesn’t answer their phones. I’m sure the dishwasher itself is fine (again, we can’t use it because of the electrical hazard). save yourself the headache and money and buy it somewhere else.

Sleek, high-tech dishwasher with many settings. It usually cleans my plates and silverware fully and effectively, especially with some of the stronger settings. I'm left wishing it would be left a little dryer at the end sometimes, even using the Extra Dry setting. The app's functionality is very helpful as well.

Roomy, well laid out, cleans very well, quieter than my previous machine

Wish they had a "Very Good" rating because this is better than good. It cleans really well. It is a little smaller than our old KitchenAid which is mostly noticeable on the top rack. The bottom rack is very efficiently designed and holds a lot of dishes. Lots of fold down prongs for flexibility on top and bottom racks.

My new LG dishwasher is great. It gets dishes and silverware clean, and I enjoy that when the cycle is finished, the door opens to tell me the dishes inside are ready to go back on the shelves. I am, however, disappointed that the silverware container doesn't have any big slots, so large knives, scissors, etc. have to be put on the top rack. But that's my only disappointment. The Best Buy guys who installed the dishwasher were efficient and pleasant.

Best dishwasher ever!!! This is the only one to buy!! I tried the Bosch 800 line because the less expensive ones were really cheaply made. It had a really bad smell that didn't go away, The dishes were absolutely soaking wet at the end of the cycle and the inside of the machine stayed wet. Next I tried the GE. It was an expensive ($799.00) piece of junk. Very loud. The dishes were not clean and wet at the end of the cycle , even with tons of Jetdry. The top rack just completely fell apart. I couldn't fix it and the whole machine was made of of paper thin material. very flimsy! I was lucky to score the LG. It took 8 months but it was worth it. I bought it in March but they couldn't hook it up until June! The LG is a dream. Its very quiet, 48db, the dishes are clean and everything is dry. The door pops open at the end of the cycle to air out the machine. The controls on the front are recessed and easy to use. It's sturdy and compatible with iPhone to run the machine from afar. Love this LG dishwasher!!

Really pleased with this LG dishwasher. The dishes come out so clean. I can’t believe how quiet it is and even played a little tune when the dishes were done.

My beautiful girl were have you been? This LG machine came to my home to replace the storm washer from Samsung which dead in me after three years yes just three years. We did our research and even the insulation guy from Best Buy said we made a choice that Samsung their appliances are not up to par . So far I am happy my dishes are clean and when she is down she sings me a tune.

Cleans well but unless you use the turbo cycle the cycles are couple of hours. It also seems much smaller inside than my old dishwasher

I can't specifically say how well this dishwasher works, because I couldn't put it into service as it's physical depth was a couple of inches too deep to fit into the space under my counter that the unit it would have replaced fit into, Had to return it and order a slightly smaller unit that unfortunately was also more expensive.

I bought this dishwasher for my office. It is nice and easy to use. I wish it has a cycle that is shorter than 2 hours though

love this quiet dishwasher. EVerything comes out clean the first time without having to prewash the dishes. I am thrilled. Dont know why I waited so long

This machine is incredible! Everything comes out literally spotless without any pre-wash or prep. It's quiet and quick and quite the deal!

The LG ADA approved dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes thoroughly. It is easy to operate.

Not deep enough can not fit a lot of dishes needs to be a little deeper
