Great wireless headset!

Sound quality is impressive, battery life is incredible. Buttons are responsive and easily found while wearing. They are comfortable and the noise canceling abilities are wonderful.

They were easy to set up and simple enough to charge. They really are noise canceling, I can’t hear anything when I have them on. My only complaint is I wish the volume went higher.

The head work well. They connect via Bluetooth really easy. The controls are easy to work. However the comfort of the headset is a little tight on the ears. It might take some getting use to.

Not as good as I thought it would be

The quality of the headset is good but the performance is lacking, more to the point the connectivity. When ever I connect to a call the dongle disconnects and reconnects and after reconnecting I have to wait a minute or two for the actual connection to come on so I have to tell people hold on while the headset connects.

I use these for work, and they are a bir inconvenient. The dongle disconnects between calls, so there is a delay in answering calls, which is not convenient.

I love this wireless headset. Sound is good. I use it for work. Connects automatically to Cisco and Teams. Stays charged for two work days and tells you when you are low. Also downloaded app which gives you different options for the headset. I am on the phone off and on all day and it is comfortable to wear.

Can hurt the back of your ears if you wear glasses. Ive uad mine for about 3 years now so id say ive broken then in. But yeah uncomfortable behind the ears
