I wanted this ever since I say it announced, but at $100 it was kinda hard to swallow. After buying the Mario kart on sale for $60 I had to get this one, even if it was for $90. The fun I had with my kids was definitely worth every penny.

Fun little toy and game. Its fun to be able to make up your own course and juat run wild. Really fun. A couple issues though is that the gates and track pieces are cardboard. I would have hoped at this price point they would have made them out of somthing sturdier. Also to the range of these is not very good. You have to be pretty close for it to register. Other than those things its a preety fun game.

Perfect toy for kids, the game can be finished real quick if you want to, the trick is to make the courses as complicated as possible since you make your own courses, super fun specially if you know both cars, the Luigi and Mario, the car battery last long, I’ll charge them every 3 days after playing with them 4-5 every day. It’s a totally recommendable switch accessory. (In order to play with both cars you need to Nintendo switches, it could be any version)

Fun way to bring Mario Kart into your house with a hybrid or argumented reality arrangement.

I was amazed how awesome this game ended up being ... I thought it was a gimmick only. (Thus why I took forever to purchase) My 11 year old begged me for this set ... I finally gave in. BOY WAS I GLAD I DID !!!

My 6 year old and 4 year old love this, and I have to admit the wife and I do to! We have the Mario & Luigi set, and it's so much fun racing each other. I do wish they offered more characters like Bowser, Toad, Peach, etc. I feel like the price point would have to be lower to do that though. Maybe just offer the cars as an addition instead of an entire package with track and all. Either way, the setup is awesome, and tons of fun!

What's NOT to like about Mario Kart? Kids and adults can play together, turning that play time into a father/son learning experience. Kids, dont bump your dad, otherwise he'll slam you like Old Number 3, Dale Earnhardt got slammed into the wall. Rubbin is racing, but drivin dirty will get you sent directly to the wall.

If I was a kid, I would love this. I am 26 now, & I love this. The range between the Switch & the car could be better, & I wish there were more character options than just Mario & Luigi, but this might be the coolest thing my Switch can do. The game has also received a few free content updates which I never suspected, so I can't complain there. The best update was making it possible to use 2 cars simultaneously on 1 Switch, because before that update, you needed 1 Switch device per car, which is not a cheap prospect. This is super fun. My older brother loved it, my young nieces & nephew loved it, & my parents loved it. Cons: - expensive - limited range between car & Switch before the connection drops - only 2 players per Switch supported - only 2 characters (No Peach? No Bowser? Really?) - no support for the Switch's screenshot or screen recording (I suspect this is due to privacy concerns that Nintendo has with children tweeting videos of the inside of their homes, but I still wish I could record clips, as it's really funny to see your house from this perspective.) - a large, preferably hardwood, floor space is required - the cars themselves are really good just as RC cars, but they are not outdoor safe - the cardboard is not gonna be free from wear & tear forever, but people have found that printing off the images found on the cardboard works just fine as a replacement, so it's not the biggest issue.

Fun way to play Mario cart. We love setting up Mario sets around our course

Really cool concept. Would be great if 2 karts came in a bundle instead of only 1, but its a lot of fun. My son uses it often. Might look for another one soon.

I didn’t think it would be as much fun to open this gifts with my siblings as it was! Takes a bit of reading but once instructions are followed, everything else comes easy!

Very cool and unique idea! The game is free, you setup a course and follow around with your switch and it shows you an augmented reality. And when you get a mushroom, the car actually goes faster in real life! Doesn't feel cheap but pricy. Also you would need to have another switch and another racer if you want multiplayer. The whole point is to play together with others so was pretty bummed about having to Shell out for another racer so two kids can play while the other two wait for them to finish and alternate that way
