I placed my preorder less than an hour after it went live, and for some reason it got canceled even though I preordered early. I also am unable to re-buy it because it is sold out. Why is it sold out if I ordered early? I should have received the product before others who did not place a preorder.

Shady business by Bestbuy. My preorder never shipped. It was delayed and said their were no stocks to fullfill the order. Yet the people that preordered for $60.00 instead of $50.00 got their order? Yeah, no! Very shady preorder process by bestbuy. Never again doing a oreorder with this company.

Horrible Pre Order Process. Best Buy clearly did not want to honor their original posted price. Glad I stopped buying my electronics from them. They’ll keep losing business this way.

Pre-ordered this item within minutes when it was released. However, my order was cancelled 3 days ago. First negative experience with Best Buy. I am hoping the Best Buy customer service team reaches out to me to make things right.

Best Buy canceled everyone's order from what i can tell. They pur the wrong price on it and canceled and instead of asking if we want it for the extra $10 they just sold out. Horrible service

Time and trust wasted on Best Buy for preorder from delaying till cancelled.

I was able to place a preorder within minutes of the listing being made available. Now you're telling me my order is delayed? After hearing accounts of people who placed their order DAYS after me getting theirs fulfilled? Unacceptable preorder practices, I shouldn't get moved to the back of the line because Best Buy can't price their own items correctly at preorder launch. Absolutely unethical and trash customer service as well. You've lost me as a customer.
