Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m absolutely thrilled with this massage chair! From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was high quality and designed for real comfort. The massage functions are incredibly relaxing and do a great job targeting my back, shoulders, arms, and legs after a long day. It feels like having a personal massage therapist at home. The chair is also very easy to use, with simple controls and multiple settings to customize the experience. I especially love how comfortable and supportive it is, even when I’m just sitting and relaxing. The design looks modern and fits perfectly in my home. This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It helps me unwind and reduces stress every time I use it. I highly recommend this massage chair to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and excellent value! I also want to mention how great the delivery experience was. The chair arrived on time, was packaged extremely well, and the delivery team was professional and careful during setup. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better.

The chair was a good price so while looking at reviews, I noticed a couple of people talking about how the rollers hurt their feet. Not sure why, the rollers on my feet feel amazing. This is an awesome massage chair!

Love this chair!!! Works great!!! I definitely recommend

We love out Massage chair! With over 20 preset massages and the ability to modify the strength and modes, it has it all. It has relieved chronic foot pain and tension headaches with consistent daily use after a day at work. This was well worth the money for what it does. The only negative is the voice recognition bot “Alfie” is persistent and calls out even after being turned off. Seems to have a mind of its own!

Learning how to use it but so far works great. Problem with shipping but they have treated more than fair with making it right. I'd buy it again.

Would not recommend this massage chair. The air bag that pushes down to massage you is too weak. Reached out to the company and they said that it works the way it is designed. I would recommend checking out other massage chair.

I had a bad experienced with this product and poor service. Waste of time and money. I purchased the massage 3/12 the eta between 3-5days after two weeks the massage still not deliver when I emailed the customer service (Directly to third party company) they informed me that the massage box partially damage. They did not informed the customer whats going on and when follow up, it takes a couple of days before they respond. I decided to return and not received the massager. VERY DISSATISFIED AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

So much better than I expected. Works so well and has a ton of great features. Foot rollers are a bit painful but you can turn them off.

Better than advertised. Chair is all that was expected and more.
