Safe VPN for mobile access

You need this to protect you when accessing the internet away from home. This would protect all your activities from the prying eyes of the "BAD" guys through virtual tunnelling between 2 endpoints. You need this if you access public wifi access points daily.

Not work it!!! Awful "Customer Support"!
After 2 days trying to make this VPN to work for many hours, nothing happened. I did everything McAfee customer support told me to do and the software never worked. My windows is updated, I don't have another VPN interfering, I installed the McAfee software (app) multiple times, I restated my computer, I cleaned the cookies, etc. This VPN keeps trying to connect unsuccessfully. I don't recommend this software.

I am very sorry you have had this experience. I don't have a way to help you solve this problem directly. I did talk to our support team and if you are willing to give them another try, they said they will escalate you right away to see if they can solve this for you. If you let them know your issue and that the McAfee Retail Marketing Manager raised your issue to their attention and asked you to contact them again, they said they will make sure you don't have to go through the initial trouble-shooting steps again. Make sure you contact them at service.mcafee.com or 866-622-3911. Please let me know if there is anything further I can do.
