This is a fantastic install kit! The instructions even show how to take apart the dash area in you your specific vehicle for the install. The Ford proprietary slide mount is included in the kit but not shown on the product picture. This kit allows you to mount single din or double din stereos. It looks factory fresh.

Great fit for my 2004 Mustang. I first used it for a single din mount, then later changed out to a dubble din when I found a Kenwood I liked with car play. It was a great fit both times. It has great support from the two side fins....however I think it still really needs the back brace (supplied) for additional support, and to keep disks from skipping on heavier units.

Worked as advertised. I used the factory rear piece because it was beefier. Looks professional. One front piece snapped because I had drill on highest setting. Looks fine though after I got everything in.

This mount feels cheap initially but as I looked around, it's apparently standard. Therefore, no need to take off stars in rating if it's what the industry uses. Everything matched up perfectly with both the 2004 Ford Expedition and Pioneer AVH-1300NEX. Would caution against over-tightening as I'm sure the plastic would crack. Once installed it felt very solid and nothing rattles, shakes or moves around. It looks very polished and fit and doesn't look like some sorry after-market install.

The dash kit fit perfectly to put the double din radio into my ‘05 Ford Expedition. The harness adapters were almost a direct fit to my factory entertainment, with only minor tweaks being necessary.
