Customer Ratings & Reviews

This laptop worked great for a college student doing her Masters! :) …I’m very proud to say I finished school and this was one high tech item that helped me accomplish that goal. It is indeed perfect for ANY college student and it’s thin, nice and pink! The battery is great and it lasts more than others and the camera was good too.

This is my first Microsoft laptop and it's a solid laptop. I use it primarily for working from home, however I am able to run Steam and all of my games with barely any noticeable FPS issues. I have no issues with speed or battery life like I did with my HP laptops in the past. I know this laptop is a little pricey which had me hesitant at first but I definitely recommend this. Pros : Great Screen Quality, Battery Life, Speed Performance, Great Portability & lightweight Cons : I bought the sage color and it seems more grey than sage.

This laptop is great! I got it originally for school and it works great. The softwares that I need for school run smoothly and my battery life is pretty solid considering I use this laptop sometimes up to 5-6 hours. The display is great and overall very fast. Would definitely recommend this laptop to incoming college freshman!

Overall really great laptop for school work! It’s light, it’s smooth in some aspects, and is aesthetically pleasing to look at too! Although, I did have a Surface computer/tablet prior to getting this laptop, so I got used to putting the charging cable on the side of the screen rather then next to the keyboard. This slight difference has been my only inconvenience because, in my opinion, takes longer to connect together. The receiver of the charger being on the side of the screen was much more convenient.

The operating system runs smoothly and efficiently, handling tasks with ease. Whether you're browsing the web, editing documents, or multitasking between applications, the laptop delivers a seamless experience. The sleek design of the Surface Laptop adds to its appeal. Its slim profile and minimalist aesthetic make it a stylish choice for professionals on the go. The device blends into any environment, whether you're in the office or a coffee shop. It's incredibly light, making it ideal for frequent travelers or anyone who needs to carry their laptop with them throughout the day. Despite its featherweight construction, it doesn't compromise on durability or build quality.

I have had a great experience with my new Surface Laptop Go 3. It runs super smooth, it lightweight and is fast. I have had no issues with it yet! It is definitely worth the money.

I absolutely love this laptop. I like its light weight and battery life I also like its color. This laptop would be perfect for students

I love this laptop. Super lightweight. Easy to transport. Very fast processor. I love it.

This Microsoft laptop is compact and lightweight, which is what I need as I commute to work and to classes. The speed is remarkable and much, much faster than my previous HP laptop. 100% would recommend! I also bought the Microsoft Surface wireless mouse -- it works together seamlessly with this computer. No issues to report.

I purchased this Laptop online and got it 3 days after! Great costumer service, had a couple of questions and they answered fast and efficiently. The laptop is beautiful and works very well!!

The laptop was pretty good, I loved the size and the color, but the only thing that didn’t really do it for me what the battery. It would die super quick and I would constantly have to be charging it again

It’s honestly a great computer. Maybe the only thing would be the backlit keyboard, but I had 40 hours of online training to do on here and it was smooth.

I’ve been loving my computers for the past two years almost. Hasn’t gave me no trouble and it’s so cute for college. I personally got it since I’m studying a business degree and has been doing the work!!

Great portability and ease of use. Good for quick productivity on the go.

Great product, such a cute color. I’ve had no issues with the product since purchasing it has made life easier!

Beautiful color. Lightweight and exactly what I was looking for to run Windows.

I first looked at the Microsoft Surface Go 3 inside Best Buy, fell in love with it - beautiful screen. Went home and ordered it that day. I got the 12.5 size, and it's perfect for travel - fits easily in my bag. I've been a mac user for the last several years but wanted to stay in touch with Windows and this laptop makes it easy. Perfect for me.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3 offers a compelling balance of performance and portability. With its lightweight design and a vibrant 12.4-inch PixelSense touchscreen, it's a versatile device for productivity on the go. The choice of 11th Gen Intel Core processors ensures smooth multitasking, and the inclusion of USB-C adds modern connectivity. However, the limited configuration options might leave power users wanting more. Overall, it's a solid choice for users prioritizing a compact, stylish laptop for everyday tasks.

Excellent - Problem free performance & ease of use.
