Doesn't work well

Bought this in hope to reduce wires from my set up, however it requires a wire to power it so its a mood point. Went to return the item seeing how I'm a total tech member and was denied buy best buy, then had to msg the seller who told me I'm past my 15 day window and now I'm stuck with a useless junk
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
