The packaging came damaged. Outside of the shipping box showed zero damage. Also they put a giant bar code sticker on the front of the clear plastic of the case. When your spending this much on one item it NEEDS to come in better shape than this.

Box was absolutely obliterated when I received it. The hip peg was broken and the leg was laying loose in the box. Very disappointed as it was listed as excellent condition. I'll never trust any open box items from Best Buy again.

This guy is awesome! He looks just like a 16’ Donatello from the 1990’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie! Very well made! Joints are a little tight, but posable. Can’t wait to make a display with him and the other ninja turtles posing together! Cowabunga!

These are simply amazing and have a good weight to them. Be careful how you pose them though, they might tip over and you don’t want any of their weapons breaking. These are must haves for any TMNT fan. I never tire from looking at them on display.

There are several people complaining about having not received the Donatello figure, but you could simply look around and see that the figure has not launched anywhere at this time. Several other vendors still have available preorders as it officially releases later in this month according to other places. It doesn't stop misinformed bad reviews though so let me help! Most likely gonna release in waves as some may be out but others have shown to not have received stock. Please give it some time!

I preordered this item way before it sold out and its still has not shipped. Best buy cutomer service is giving me the run around. I ordered all 4 turtles. I got 3 of them but this one has not shipped at all
