I've never been a K cup user but thought this might give some flexibility to the family. I completely underestimated how much we'd love it! First, it makes great coffee. Both pot and cup sizes. It's super convenient, easy to use, doesn't get drippy and messy like my old Mr coffee pot, and it offers the whole family simple flexibility on their hot beverage of choice in minutes. I've only tried the cold brew feature once and I think I did something wrong because it wasn't great. I have to chalk it up to user error because everything else with this machine has been top notch. Will buy as gifts this holiday season!

It is a very good product, easy to use and easy to clean. It includes a couple of coffee filters but I would recommend purchasing the reusable filter (it is more convenient). It properly maintains the temperature of the coffee after making it. I honestly haven't used most of the features it has, but they should work fine. The only bad thing I have found is that, especially if you use reusable kcups, do not fill them too much with coffee otherwise the coffee will spill or leak out of the kcup, the same thing happens if you use the filters to make the entire pot of coffee, try not to fill them too much or else they will overflow.

I had always bought Keurigs, but decided to try something different and so glad I did! The delay feature is perfect for having coffee ready for the morning and it’s so easy to go from coffee pods to a pot of coffee!

I am in love with the ease and functionality of this maker. I love that it has given me back countertop real estate, ridding myself of a regular brewer and the Keurig. Very modern-looking and streamlined. The carafe function gives and keeps the coffee piping hot, which is different, yet a wonderful add. If there was a recommendation, gauging the water levels for the carafe dial is tricky. I hope they keep this product around for awhile. In in love!!!! Purchased during a half-off Black Friday sale. Bonus!

It's compact, stylish, and serves coffee and tea for the many or few. I purchased this Ninja Dualbrew machine to replace a 5 year old small Keurig that I used daily and an 8 year old DeLonghi coffee maker that I would use only when my parents came to visit. After researching and comparing to Nutribullet's Brew Choice I settled on the Ninja because the reviews were much better. I drink green tea every morning and chamomile before bed. I simply remove the pod adapter and set the full cup 8oz classic. I drink coffee on the weekends and it's easy to pop in a #4 filter with two scoops - using the included measuring cup. The 7oz rich setting brings out much more flavor than my Keurig ever did. Both settings fit perfectly in my Ember mug without overflowing. The water reservoir is also quite large and I don't have to fill it every time for single serve like I did with the Keurig. I have yet to test a full pot or with K-cups but plan to in the future. With all that said I would give this a perfect 5 star rating!

I've had this for a few months and it's just great. The flexibility of the sizes and modes of operation is amazing. Only thing i didn't care for was the shape of the water tank. But that was only because I plumbed it and the float required a bit of creative thinking to get it to work. But now it works amazingly well and auto fills. For reference, I'm using PureSec-CMK01 water kit.

One of the best if not the best home coffee maker, I purchased this one to replace my previous Ninja that finally broke down after 8 years. The quality is unmatched and easy to setup and use, if taken care of, it will last you for years to come

I wanted something to reduce counter top clutter as I had two types of coffee makers. This fit the bill perfectly. Combined the two into one and the rest is history. Easy to use, clean and makes a fine cup of coffee. Or a pot. I’d recommend this appliance to anyone.

Use everyday, has multiple option to make coffee such as k cups and drip coffee. I love all of the options given

Great product! I love that I can make a single cup or a whole pot. I like my coffee strong but my wife likes it normal strength and this machine let's us do both.

I bought this as a special gift to my husband. He’s an avid coffee drinker and the old kettle wasn’t doing it anymore. He loves his coffee maker! Here he makes coffee both ways, on the run and for study nights. I truly recommend this product.
