Coming from a simple Cooler Master air cooling system, the NZXT Kraken has made a significant impact on keeping my 5800X CPU under control as well as reducing noise. The ease of installation was a huge bonus for me and I had no issues installing this AIO into my medium-sized case as well as my partner's larger PC case. I have my radiator in the front of the case and my partners on top, as her case had more clearance. On average, the temp in our office (where we have both of our computers running quite a bit) has seen a significant decrease in temperature and noise since switching. Would recommend to anyone with an AMD CPU!

Great AIO water cooler. No issues after a year of use. Temps average around 60 Celsius under stress

Amazing AIO cooler that has not leaked and I’ve used it constantly for years and no issues with over heating it keeps my 12700k cool under load

So far staying cool with the NZXT kraken!! Easy to install on a 510i custom build. Keeping temps at bay with Ryzen 7 5600. I would say good value.

I7-11700f does not go above 70C when running halo infinite maxed for hours out at 1080p. I hate excessive RGB, but this has a amount. The NZXT logo is kind of cheesy, but luckily you can turn it off in their software. I got this to replace my prebuilt computer’s horrible underwhelming and lazily installed CPU cooler.

Does exactly what it needs to do, cool that cpu! Looks great too!

Amazing! Quiet, gorgeous, easy install. Would very much recommended to anyone I know.

Affordable, silent and sleek . Fit perfect in my Razer itx tomahawk case

I've had this cooler for nine months now and haven't had any problems with it.

Wasnt thrilled with this cooler. My maximus hero xiii wouldnt recognize it. Waste of time and effort

Love the rgb on the header and the fact that it rotates as well! Smaller than anticipated but great nonetheless!

Users can choose from a wide range of colors and lighting effects to match their system's aesthetics. 3. Quiet Operation (4/5): The cooler operates quietly, thanks to the included Aer P120 fans. This is crucial for users who prioritize a quiet computing environment. 4. Easy Installation (4/5): Installing the Kraken X53 is relatively straightforward, with clear instructions and compatibility with various CPU sockets. 5. CAM Software (4/5): NZXT's CAM software allows users to monitor and control their CPU cooler's performance, fan speeds, and RGB lighting, providing a convenient way to fine-tune the cooler's settings. Cons: 1. Price (3/5): While the Kraken X53 offers efficient cooling and RGB lighting, it falls on the higher end of the price spectrum for CPU coolers. Budget-conscious users may find more cost-effective options. 2. Space Requirements (3/5): The 240mm radiator may require a larger case to accommodate. Users with smaller cases may need to ensure compatibility before purchasing. Conclusion: The NZXT Kraken X53 240mm RGB Liquid CPU Cooler is a solid choice for users seeking efficient cooling with customizable RGB lighting. It effectively keeps your CPU temperatures in check, even during demanding tasks, and adds a touch of aesthetics to your system with its RGB lighting. The included CAM software enhances the user experience by providing control over fan speeds, lighting effects, and performance monitoring. The cooler operates quietly, ensuring a peaceful computing environment. However, the Kraken X53's price may be a consideration for budget-conscious users, as there are more affordable cooling solutions available. Additionally, the space requirements of the 240mm radiator may limit its compatibility with smaller cases. Overall, if you're looking for an efficient liquid CPU cooler with customizable RGB lighting to elevate your system's aesthetics and performance, the NZXT Kraken X53 is a reliable option. It offers a good balance of cooling performance and visual flair for gaming and enthusiast setups.

Purchased this item as an “open box-excellent” which said that it would look brand new and have 0 physical flaws. How did this even pass inspection for open box excellent?

I recently built a new PC for one of my son's with a 5600x and RGB Corsair case. The case is great but the air flow is somewhat limited due to an almost sold glass front. The 5600x comes with a cooler but... well let's say we tried to use it, even upgrading thermal paste. Sadly sitting above a hot GPU the temps would idle in the high 50s and get close to thermal throttling while gaming. The system got so hot a few days ago it shut down so I immediately ordered the Kraken. Many of our other PC have Corsair AIOs but they seem to have gotten really proud of them in the past few years. This was just a little over $100. While it won't pair with iCue like the rest of the system, if you use Corsair,... it was about $150 less. Upon install the idle temps dropped to the mid 30s and while gaming, which has been constant the past 3 hours, it hasn't gotten above the mid 70s. Excellent cooling. While I have heard good things about NZXT I haven't used their products before even though I tend to build a number of PCs. My next upgrade for one of my other sons will include this and probably one of their cases as well. Color me impressed and sad I haven't picked something up sooner. This is a great AIO, it still has RGB in a nice not too flashy way, and the price can't be beat, it's almost as cheap as a really good air cooler!

Works wonderfully. Have it front mounted and no gurgles or odd sounds. Don’t let anyone deter you from doing front mount. Bottom mount is the only thing I would stay away from. Just get it, good price and great cooling.

The X53 is an excellent upgrade for my Ryzen 5800X, which was running hot with the single fan NZXT M22 I installed originally. Quiet and effective, with CPU temps significantly lower. Installation was straightforward.

Just upgraded to the NZXT Kraken X53, and it's a game-changer! The 240mm liquid cooling system keeps my CPU ice-cold even under heavy loads. The sleek black design adds a touch of sophistication to my rig, and the RGB lighting is a showstopper. Installation was a breeze, and the CAM software makes customization a cinch. NZXT nails it with the perfect blend of performance and style. Five stars for keeping it cool with flair!

Yes AIO are so worth it instead of a air cooler, it really does make a difference.

Great cooler. Directions are pretty clear and there’s helpful installation videos online. Definitely helps my 5700x3d stay cooler overclocked

Easy to install, works well, drops temp about 5c from air cooled, is quiet. I'm much more concerned about function than form, so I'm not that concerned about the infinity mirror look, but it looks great.
