This is a good chair if you want something that is better than the cheap chairs you can get for the $100-$200. It is very sturdy and supportive. It is no Herman Miller but if you can't afford that this is a good substitute. Another plus is that the seat is on the wider end which is great if you need the extra room. All in all I've been happy with the chair. Had it for over a month now.

Very sturdy and comfortable office chair. It will support up to 400 pounds. the seat cushion is think and very supportive. Unfortunately, it does not tilt back very well.

I am a large guy and this chair is perfect for me. It is extremely comfortable, has a large padded seat and contours well for my back. It will definitely support heavier individuals for long periods of time. Highly recommend it.

I really like this chair. I've had it for almost a month now, with almost daily use and I have no regrets. It is firm but not so firm that it is uncomfortable. It is wide and really pretty comfortable. It is a quality chair and should last quite a long time.

Great quality, easy to assemble, very comfortable, offers great back support. Smooth rollers, easy to adjust height, tilt, and support. Highly recommend this product.

As good as my friends more expensive chair provided by their work. moderately difficult to assemble. Seems to be pretty sturdy. Very spacious seat, extra wide.

Very well built chair. The only problem is it is not the one I wanted. I innocently order it by mistake. I tried to cancel the order with in 10 minutes after I figured out it was the wrong one for me. It would not cancel, I called to try to cancel it that way, still with in the 30 minute window to cancel it. The lady on the phone said she could not do that. I in turn tried to cancel it through the shipper of the chair. They never responded and sent it any way. Its a nice chair but not what i wanted. Im going to take it back the store so i can get it canceled that way.

I had the chair delivered to a local store. The pick-up process was painless. They even helped me out to my truck with the box (it was unnecessary but nice of them to do). Installation of the chair was straight forward. Everything needed came in the box. The box was even used to attach pieces to the seat. The chair adjusts in the typical manner expended: Chair Height, Arm Height, Lean/Lock. The arms also adjust width, which was nice. The one real negative I have for this chair is the seat comfort. To me it is very firm. I prefer a bit more of a cushion feel (not super-soft but more than what I get from this chair). It is taking me some time to get used to it. I need to decide within the next few weeks if I will return the chair because of this. I hope I get used to the seat so I will not have to.

The lumbar support is very limited and the arm adjustments are very limited.

Buying a chair is a gamble. I already bought one on Amazon that came in looking like something someone scrounged together from the dump and it was missing most of the components to even put it together. Feeling pretty just over the whole experience I took a gamble and bought this chair. it shipped a lot faster than expected. Always a plus! Once I saw the box I was relieved this should be a better experience. the reviews are accurate everything about this chair feels high quality. It was relatively easy to put together although it did get heavy! and a bit of a challenge to lift the chair but once I did I was extremely happy. It's very comfortable. I would say, I am 6'1 since I bought this for home use I will not have shoes on and I would say anyone shorter than me would probably be uncomfortable as you will not touch the floor. However, it is exactly what it is supposed to be a heavy duty big and tall chair.

I bought this chair because I am a dedicated Best Buy shopper and I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for. I have sat in $1200 Herman Miller chairs and for $500+ I was looking for the equivilant. Secondly I was looking for a gaming chair. Something to use when playing wow and other games that would require seating for more than an hour. I can tell you this chair is very comfortable, high qualitiy materials etc however it was not a good gaming chair. It's ergonomic so it almost forces you to use good posture. In my opionion for a buisness environment this would be great as you're not going to be hanging out at work. I just don't reccomend this as a gaming chair. I took it to work and love it. Also something worth noting is that I am 6' tall and 200 lbs and I can tell you people that are larger than me will still have room to be comfortable. It's very wide compared to most chairs.

Tilt lock only has one position, which feels slightly tilted forward instead of level. Solidly built chair otherwise but the lack of multiple tilt lock positions is a major downside.

I have had my chair for exactly one and a half years. The cushions on the chair arms have split, lengthwise. And why is that? Because the metal piece inside the molded cushion has edges that are like razor blades. Seriously! It's no wonder that any sort of pressure from your arms resting on the INSIDE of the chair rails would cause the rubber to slowly be shredded and deteriorate. DON'T BUY THIS CHAIR. It's not worth the money. I'd expect this from a $100-$150 chair. Not something twice that price, and NOT in such a short time frame.
