EM60926P Worksmart Screen Back Manager's Chair - I cannot get this chair to stay in the height position I need. It does not drop while I'm sitting in the chair, but it definitely lowers itself at some point. Very frustrating. Suggestions?

Overview says, 'adjustable padded flip arms." The flip action is obvious in the photos, but how does the arm height adjust? I'm short and most arm rests push my arms upwards, hunching up my arthritic shoulders.

Does this chair have a fabric seat or a faux leather seat? The product name is "Manager's Chair in Mesh Seat" but the full description states that it has a faux leather seat. The photos show a fabric seat.
