I’ve had this tinge unit for about four years. Although it only has five preset options, the intensity can be very easy or extreme. It is lasted for years and is worth the money.

It is portable and lightweight and battery operated. But it doesn’t have enough intensity to be truly effective for immediate pain management. Need to repeat program several times. Tried using batteries to try and improve intensity, but no difference. The Omron max is better.

sigh.. I am one of those stubborn ones.. I was in agony with pain radiating down my right leg to the point I could barely stand. I finally went to the doc right before COVID closed and a tens unit was recommended. I don't know why I did not buy one... but this little guy is my best friend. 5 different currents or pulses and adjustable intensity.... yeay!!!! very happy with my purchase

The pads don't stick as well as I feel they should, Hoping the replacement pads tick a little better. Otherwise it's a great unit for the price

I suffer from back problems and this I highly recommend. It beats having to go and wait at physical therapy you are able to use it in the comfort of your home or anywhere
