I’ve dropped this phone several time. The hinge comes off but it pops right back on and there’s no damage to my phone. Nice grip. Perfect fit. I’d give it 5 stars if the hinge didn’t pop off.

I initially did not want to go with this case as it was very bulky but after years of trying alternative options I realized that this is exactly wamhat I need for my lifestyle. I drop my phone a lot and I am very active with it as well. One thing I was looking for this time around was a case I could use on my mountain bike. This case fit the bill. Since it is polycarbonate I was able to mount a quadlock connector to the back and it works perfectly. I csn take my bike on very rough terrain with no issue now. I did lose the ability to charge the phone wirelessly with the new adapter but I never used it for that anyway. This case now sits flat for me with the adapter on back and this case will definitely survive some harsh abuse. The trade off however with be the slim factor of rhe phone. Even the cover sticks up so high it is sometimes hard to type ang edge or in corners. Ill take that all day if i can have rock solid phone protection.

Right away, this case feels like it belongs on the Fold. Makes it easier to open, adds grip, and gives real protection. I’ve used Defender cases on older Folds and they’ve survived stuff that should’ve been game over. This one’s built the same way. It looks basic at first, but once it’s on, you can tell it’s premium. The rubber along the sides gives solid grip, and the fit around the hinge is smooth. Doesn’t block movement or feel bulky in a bad way. If you actually use your phone hard and want it to stay in one piece, this is the one to get.

Excellent protection without sacrificing functionality. The best case for a Fold I’ve ever seen and I’ve been a Fold user since the original was released. It’s a bit expensive, but you’re protecting a $2,200 phone.

Best phone case I have ever purchased, as most people know the Zfold 7 is unnecessarily thin. This phone case has done more than protect my phone from damage from drops, accidentally setting stuff on it, like paver blocks, concrete bags, I have even ran it over with my works utility carts(by accident) the case itself is slim so it still fits in front pockets on pants and doesn't really any more weight to the phone, very light, the hinge system is a plus too, comes off if you need to remove the case for any reason making it easier and faster for swapping between otter box cases or for cleaning. Good drop rating too, unfortunately has been dropped from a roof on a 1 story town home with no damage to the phone.

The case itself is great, covers everything and the magnetic piece in the back that allows for magsafe accessories to be added is really strong. My only complaint is that if you use swipe gestures (swipe to go back) instead of the default navigation buttons then this case just won't work well, even if you increase the screen sensitivity. The edges of the case on the front screen is too raised where it just makes it frustrating to navigate with swipe gestures. For those that don't use that feature, this case is definitely the best, it fits perfectly and the price reflects the quality for sure

Not a bad case, but does cause phone to be a little bulky. Also the spine protector traps dust and there's no way to clean it except for removing the whole phone case. Otherwise it's a very solid case that will definitely keep the phone protected if dropped!

As usual Otterbox is a good quality phone case with a lot of added features to protect the phone from drops and just oopsies. Easy to get your phone in and out of the case. I do wish there was a protective cover over the 3 lenses. Because they stick out further than the phones body. It does have a small Hard to explainLike ring around the camera lenses so that it's not setting on the lenses itself.But there's no cover over the lenses.So I had to purchase lens covers separately.But that's not otterbox's fault,So i'm not going to remove a star on otterbox.Because of a feature that the phone is made with. All in all very happy with the case.Though, and I do love the stability they added at the hinge for when you open and close the phone. The case is a bit pricey, but they do make a good quality product.And for the fold seven, there is not a plethora of cases to pick from that.Are this kind of quality.

I originally bought a slim profile case since the draw of the new zFold was how thin it was. Unfortunately, that case felt slippery and made opening the phone harder than it should be. This case, while a little bulkier, has better grip and protection, including a guard for the hinge! Otterbox has a reputation that I know I can trust to protect a high-end device.

Case is what it is. Otter box are big but do their job. This makes it hard for the fingerprint button to be pushed. Any edge panels hard to swipe as it's raised way over the edge. But the hinge protection and one price is very nice.

I like the peace of mind of not damaging my phone if I drop it, but the case is too buky for practicality. Gets very tedious having to swipe multiple times to use the back button due to the raised edges on the mainscreen. Other than that, case is very durable and has protected my phone more than a few times now.

These new fold 7 phones are so slim it's hard to hold on to one while reading. The Otterbox not only protects my phone, but it also provides a ridge down the back center that helps me hang on. It provides a very good protective cover. I liked it well enough to purchase again when I upgraded my phone.

The case is solid. Has the wireless charging capabilities unlike some other cases. Very rugged feeling and seems durable enough to handle most lifestyles. Biggest gripe is the price of the case at the moment with limited in-store options.

The case is thick compared to the thinness of the Fold 7 itself. The cost of protection. The previous case i had didnt hold up mainly due to the protection around the hinge. This OtterBox case offers great protection at the cost of making the phone sounds like its gonna snap. That the rubber slider piece hutting the two screens as it moves over them. Im not brave enough to rely on insurance alone to keep my phone alive so the thickness is livable.
