Q: how do we get additional Handsets
A: We ordered 2 additional handsets from Best Buy when we purchased the base unit. Panasonic M/N: KX-TGA950. NOTE: You will have to register these additional handsets to your base station before they will work with your system. Refer to pp. 46-47 in the base station User's Manual for instructions on registering the handsets. We have a total of 4 handsets and they all work just fine with our base station.
Q: can each line be given a seperate ring tone?
A: Yes, you can set a different ringer tone for each line.
A: The compatible range extender is KX-TGA405.
Q: Is there a way to change CID so that it displays clients numbers ONLY on base unit?
A: No, the base unit is connected with the handsets.
Q: Do you need a landline #? I want to use it solely to link my cellphone. Thanks!
