I bought it for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she recently used it. It heats up so fast and works so good. She has very long curly hair and it flat ironed her hair so fast and it looks so nice. She loves it.

Have had this for 3 years now & it’s still working good. Love that it has multiple heat settings, so you can avoid unnecessary heat damage. Also very lightweight.

I am not new to the Conair brand. I use this product for straightening and curling my hair and have not been disappointed. I started on low heat just to be safe. I adjust the heat based on the hairstyle I want.
