I bought this computer in Dec of 2024. It’s brand new. And there is some issue that makes the computer shut off. I will be working and it randomly turns off without any notice. There is no heating issue or error code that comes up. I turn it back on, log back in, and it shuts back off again. I tried calling tech support but they can’t help me unless I pay for remote access when I already paid $500 to protect my computer but apparently this only works for in store support. I am abroad working on a project, and won’t be back in the states for a few months. So, unless I pay that remote access fee, they won’t help me. This shouldn’t be an issue with a brand new computer. It’s the computer I wanted and needed for work and outside of this issue it works great, but because of this issue I now cannot do my job and it has been a major headache. I would not recommend this computer or buying a laptop through Best Buy because of this issue and the way the Best Buy tech team has treated me over the phone with little to no empathy for my situation.

The Razer laptop sure looks stunning, but unfortunately, its performance leaves much to be desired. The main issues are poor heat dissipation and terrible screen quality. Heat Problems: Despite updating Windows, drivers, and applying software patches from the Razer support website, the laptop continues to overheat. This makes it uncomfortable to use, even for regular tasks. Screen Issues: The screen flickers constantly, affecting its usability. The unit came with a BOA panel, and all efforts to optimize it were in vain. Overall Experience: With these major flaws, using the laptop for video creation or gaming doesn't feel right. It's disappointing that such a beautiful laptop can't deliver where it counts.

Barely opened and just turned it on, the screen is flickering. Too bad, it would be our first Razer ever but now it’s unavailable anywhere. I am returning it but hope will find another one soon.

Not impressed. Roblox crashes. If i run any games it crashes. If i try to update the drivers, it fails. Best buy has not been helpful either with their "swap policy" and instead force me to use bb geek squad with "repairs" that dont fix it.
