I needed a simple inexpensive land phone. It was easy to set up, the sound is clear, I have not lost a call. There is no delay for a dial tone. If the handset cord was longer this would be a great phone

This phone looks great and has good sound. The two lines are great.

did not do what i was lead to believe. it has limited memory storage. It represents it has 30 memory slots but could only get a limited amount to work.

When I received this telephone, I thought I was missing a part, because I could not locate the wall plug, but eventually I realized that this phone requires BATTERIES—something that is not mentioned in the product description or even on the box. If this was a mobile phone batteries would obviously be necessary, but for a VOIP desktop service, not being able to plug and charge makes no sense, as does having a phone die in the middle of usage.

Works good. It has good reception. Love the display for caller ID.

Excellent basic phone; speaker function works better than most

"Line in use" indicator lights do not work so you cannot tell when someone else is using that line.

We bought 2 phones for our small business. I work on the computer while on the phone and we also conference call with more than one person in the room......the speakerphone is the worst I have ever had. If you are not 2 inches away from the mic, the other person can not hear you. Then the static and noise started coming into the picture. WOW, I am at my limit! NEED TO FIND A 2 LINE PHONE WITH AN AWESOME SPEAKERPHONE! And yes, I do use the headset too......
