Charging issues

It does its job. Unfortunately, we had to return it due charging malfunctions. When the item would return to the base it wouldn’t recharge.

Good with pets

Definitely worth the money to upgrade to a smarter device, cleans up dog hair like a champ and even picked up some half dollar size pieces of foam without getting clogged up. Even kicks the mop out to hit the edges(pictured)

We needed to replace our Yeedi robo vac which constantly had to reset the house map. I did a ton of research before choosing this Roborock. So far we are very happy with it. It is way quieter than our old one, and the mopping is so much better. My SIL lives in our attached casita, and we wanted auto-mopping because her dog is "a drooler" around food. Full disclosure, the vac does not really get those drool spots very well so far, but overall we are very happy with the mop results
