Only 2 weeks to return these giant bases

This item was delivered to me July 16. They only allowed me 2 weeks to return. I was waiting for my ladder to deliver to see if these would work. I'm now stuck with these massive bases. I have never purchased from a company that only allowed 2 weeks and I won't make that mistake again.
