Like Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, as well as the Maniac Mansion games, the Sam & Max games are some of the best adventure games you can play. Fantastic characters, storytelling, and environments to explore and piece together puzzles, clues, and mysteries. Highly recommended.

Sam and Max is quirky and gripping and weird and amazing, loved it since the LucasArts days in the 90’s. Great throwback here with classic adventure gaming and goofy characters galore!

Excellent classic game that still holds to the modern time. Definitely recommend for those point and click games fans.

A smart remaster that has the game looking and running better than ever. The characters of Sam and Max remain great and funny. Fun puzzles that require some thinking.

My niece did not like it sorry. I asked did she really want it. I knew I didn’t like it. But she found out the hard way. I remember the cartoon.

I tried to demo it was interesting, so I got the full game. I enjoyed it. The episodes were entertaining. The puzzles were intuitive, and all the other commentary was hilarious. I love the fact that some of the mini games are not required to be completed. Some of them aren’t that great to be fair, but there is a lot of witty commentary . Although some people might have trouble because there might be a need to do a lot of backtracking, but that’s common in most games like this and FYI the sequel is just as good.(except the sequel has 5 episodes, and this one has 6 so this is definitely worth it.)

The best part about this is, if you play the demo, you can continue from where you left off in the demo, this doesn’t get a perfect score because unfortunately, it has received a bit of censorship. Therefore, it is lost a bit of its uniqueness.

The Switch is a great system, but you certainly don't see too many point and click adventures. Sam & Max Save the World is a double treat - not only does it fill an underserved niche, but the actual game itself is excellent. Like any point and click adventure, replay value may be lower, but this is still certainly worth the price of entry.
